Hotel Central Fort

The hotel is finding its footing. It has not got it all figured out. There are no lifts which is a problem since people with heavy luggage have to traverse staircases to get to their rooms. There is no breakfast option or facility. People are nice though. The staff is well spoken. Like most places in this part of Kerala, English and Hindi speaking people are rare and non Malayalis can face challenges.

Since it was a bar,had very low expectations about the ambience and food but was surprised that they had arranged a private room for around 15 of us around a single table seating -Food was surprisingly tasty - service was good and prompt - staff even provided toys like cars for my son and stuffed toys for my daughter to play while we were there!!! Loved that gesture Definitely a good place to chill with cousins or friends if you are not particular with the ambience or views Cons - choice of drinks were very limited - ambience not good

Nice building works. Well finished work. Well discipline place. Good for family times. Separate area for beer and wine. Also 3 star hotel. It modified to new building some months ago. Nice food and delivery. Standard facility's are available

Very slow service. Bringing just 4 dishes took them nearly an hour!! And there was nobody else in the restaurant, except the 4 of us!! Maybe the locals already know about the ridiculous waiting times in this hotel, so nobody comes here.

church bells ringing .. for the marriage of my friend's daughter.. ceremony is endlessly going on..I needed a break which was provided by the executive lounge...ok place. for a quickie swig of vodka pure fire.. back to the valley church .. nice place .. now enjoying the ceremony with ease...

We had a negative experience with respect to service and the quality of food. We went to their restaurant with much expectations but we left the place very much disappointed.
