Talking about the room here, it was a very spacious and beautiful room. The service according to our needs was lifelike for us. The location was with a good ambiance. The ambiance there can refresh the mind.

It was a very disappointing experience--we felt misled. The place was in a remote location, and we traveled nearly two hours from Munnar by jeep to get there, only to find that it looked nothing like the photos we were sent when making the reservation. The mud hut was quite dirty, with a mattress leaning against the wall and a strong musty smell. Additionally, there were two tents right next to the hut, offering no privacy at all. It was extremely overpriced and definitely not worth the money. We left as soon as we arrived back in Munnar.

We recently stayed at this place and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. We had booked the stay via MakeMyTrip, which provided us with a contact number for the property. However, the number was switched off, and we couldn't reach anyone until we arrived at the location. We had booked the mud house, but the property was not well maintained. There was tall grasses all around the house, which raised concerns about snakes and overall safety. The room itself was poorly maintained, and the toilet was in a similar state. Basic amenities were missing--no toilet paper, and there wasn't even a wash basin inside the toilet. Overall, the property did not meet our expectations, and we would not recommend staying here.

I booked eucalua glsmps online after being shown some amazing pictures, but they were completely fake. The actual places was a disaster- dirty ,unsafe and nothing like what was promised. There was no wifi, and the room was jn such bad condition that we couldn't even stay for a sinle night. I had paid an advance of 2000rs which I lost. They initally said they would refund the money, but later blocked both me and my husband on whatsapp. The place looks more like random local spot with no proper safety measures at all. We were left with no choice but to book a new place to stay on the spot after seeing how bad the facility was.

Warm Hospitality and Great Vibes.. The hospitality was spot on! Everything was taken care of from food to stay needs. Best part was availability of WiFi & power backup as it is located in rural area. Also, roads to reach there aren't well maintained, only suitable for 4WD vehicles. Food was delicious, however the quantity could've been better (suggest to discuss this beforehand, to avoid any such experience). Nonetheless, that is the only thing to improve. The owners/managers make sure all your needs are well taken care of. Definitely recommended!! Nothing much to dislike!

I had stayed in the tree house tent, the owners and the staff made every possible efforts to make the experience better. Food was also good. Would definitely recommend this place to everyone planning to come to vattavada.

It's a perfect stay connected to nature.. surrounded by majestic views.. Tranquil atmosphere. Comfy room types with traditional exterior adds the essence., Despite some basic amenities like water pressure in faucet, enough bedsheets/pillows/ water for guests should have been handled by default without a request, the Property handlers over there were always responsive to all the requests any time and made sure our comfort is met. Cozy and friendly staffs. Best part is their complimentary breakfast which is sumptuous with a lip smacking quality! Highly recommend this place.
