Myself and family had a wonderful dining experience at this restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious and bursting with flavors. The ambience was very inviting and perfectly set the mood for a great meal. Everything, including the washrooms, was impeccably clean and neat, which added to the overall comfort. Special mention to Jibin, the restaurant attendant, who was incredibly polite and professional, making sure all customers were handled with utmost care and respect. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an exceptional dining experience!

Our stay in the hotel was very comfortable with the staff exceeding expectations - all of them without exception were helpful and professional - the hotel is maintained well and the rooms and upkeep were excellent. I went to Hotel Golden Couch for lunch day before yesterday, a place I regularly visit with my business clients. But this time, the experience was absolutely unacceptable. The behavior of the supplier was extremely rude and disrespectful. It was embarrassing and frustrating to face such treatment, especially in front of important business clients. To make matters worse, there was no senior staff or manager present at the time to address the issue or even speak to. This clearly shows a serious lack of professionalism and accountability in the management. As a regular customer who has supported this place over time, I am extremely disappointed. Golden Couch seriously needs to rethink its staff training and management oversight. I will reconsider visiting again unless there's a drastic change.

I booked a hall here for a family event, and the experience was quite positive overall. From the very first interaction, the staff was approachable and attentive to our needs, ensuring everything was catered to as requested. They were available throughout the event to assist whenever required. The hall was well-lit, pleasant, and created a welcoming atmosphere. The food was good, especially the salads and rice--while not exceptional, it was decent and satisfying. The pricing was reasonable, making it a value-for-money choice. The staff was courteous and accommodating, and the toilets were clean and well-maintained. There was a small oversight as hand wash was missing in one toilet, but it was promptly resolved when brought to their attention. If anything is amiss, you can simply ask, and they will address it. This was one of the few decent venues we could find in Vadakara. It offers reasonable rates, ample parking, lifts for the elderly, and convenient access as it's located near the highway. However, the lack of a dedicated feeding room was a drawback. We had to use a dingy luggage room without ventilation, which was not ideal. I would strongly recommend adding a proper feeding room as part of future improvements. Despite this, the overall experience was good, and I would consider booking here again for another event.

I recently booked an Executive Room for 4 at Golden Couch, Vatakara, expecting a comfortable and spacious stay. However, upon arrival, I was given a standard room meant for 2 people with just an extra bed added--far from what I had booked and paid for. Issues Faced: * Misleading Room Allocation: Instead of an executive room, I received a much smaller space, making the stay uncomfortable. * Poor Cleanliness & Hygiene: The room had a persistent cigarette smell, raising serious hygiene concerns. * Not Worth the Price: The downgraded room size and lack of comfort made the stay overpriced and unsatisfactory. * Food Quality: The food was not tasty and also overpriced, adding to the disappointment. I would not recommend this hotel unless they improve their booking transparency, hygiene standards, and service quality. Travelers should double-check room details before booking to avoid such misleading experiences.

We had a great experience staying at the golden couch. The staff were really amazing and polite and offered us help in every way possible. The rooms were also really good. Overall had a wonderful experience. Would definitely revisit.

I stayed in this hotel for a day when I was in Vadakara for a wedding. The rooms are very well maintained and clean. Probably because it is a relatively new building and I hope the management continues to maintain the rooms in the same way. However, two issues that I experienced is: 1. The AC in the room gave some technical fault late into the night. Which was slightly uncomfortable, but it was working on and off throughout the night. So it was not a huge problem. 2. The food, I felt is average. The buffet in the morning can surely be better taste wise as well as number of items served. I had ordered chicken fry in the night and the taste was average again. But on the whole the experience was good. The management team needs to address the above mentioned issues so that the experience is better for future guests. Thank you.

My experience here has been quite disappointing. There is an unwillingness to recognize any errors when brought to their attention. The staff is friendly, yet the Hotel GM is lacking in professionalism. Their ability to manipulate situations and belittle others is particularly concerning. "Don't Judge a book by its Cover "
