Gayathri Hotels

I had a terrible experience with Gayathri Hotels at Vadakara. The hotel fails to meet minimum standards as they're charging the same as a star hotel. The Attached Bar is filled with Locals and they're all around the building creating issues when we arrived the security didn't let us park in the parking lot ,saying the drunkard people are hanging around the parking lot. People were creating chaos all around the building uttering abusive words which is not bearable. Secondly the receptionist day dreamer guy who's completely zoned out makes the check-in process even delayed. And gave us one of the worst rooms with a damaged AC. And in the late night I had to check in to another room which was a total mess. Our Room cards were not charged and we had to wait outside of the room for a master key to open the door . Ac is not serviced properly. And the staff's behaviour was really horrible. Bathrooms had a foul smell. As I've booked a double room , they've only provided amenities such as towels and things for single guests only . And when I called the Room service number nobody was even attending. Charging 2500 and providing such poor quality service was a big compromise. I won't suggest anyone to stay here paying a high price and receiving poor service

Good room with neat and clean washroom. It's located behind the Vatakara private bus stand. Can be easily accessible from the NH. Have very limited parking space. Have a restaurant near the reception. Staffs we're very friendly and approachable. Pricing seems to be little high compared to the facilities provided.

I stayed in this hotel for 2 days and felt comfortable. Reasonable rate and tasty food. Bar attached . But no disturbances if any at room or reception. Separate entry for bar. A pure veg dine out neat to reception.

Ruined the experience by not delivering the correct number of items on a Swiggy order. Veru unprofessional for the over price they charge.

Very polite and helpful staff. Mrs. Tissy helped us on bookings and check-in. Rooms are clean and service is good. Complementary breakfast was very nice and tasty.

Good rooms, good staff and equally good food. If I want a room to stay when I come to Vadakara I will try to choose Hotel Gayatri. I have the luxury of sleeping in my room at a decent rate. I have only one request to hotel gayatri management, you can find some more space to park the vehicle.

Rooms and service is exceptional. Good location also. Restaurant food was decent. Only con is the parking, where car parking is shared with Bar customers. So we may have to park the car outside based on the availability. But security makes a good effort in helping us to park the car wherever possible.
