White House residency

I Had a great stay here! Everything I wanted for a quiet break in a beautiful beach town. I planned to do some writing and working as well, and Gibson, at the front desk was super helpful, and even arranged a desk for my room. Great Wifi Great AC Super Clean Highly recommended.

Wonderful stay: spotless-clean, calm at night, AC and fan, close to the cliff. The host at reception was very friendly and easygoing; he helped us organising Massages, Taxi to the airport and laundry.||It is only 6 min walk to the cliff with all the restaurants and shops.||It has been the best sleep we have gotten in our trip. If you need a place, book this one!

The small residency is about ten minutes away from the seafront cliff above the beach.. thus close to cliffside restaurants, spas and shops. Quiet neighbourhood. The rooms are simple, but clean, and every room has a terrace (no sea view as It is a bit away on the cliff) . Internet is very good. It does not have a kitchen, though, and any food, including breakfast, is ordered by the hotel from a home delivery service. Breakfast is simple south Indian idli or dosa.

Best accommodation in India so far. North Cliff road is probably the best location in Varkala. Just a short walk to the beach and restaurants. Cool rooftop kitchen area. Rooms are spacious and clean. The staffs were too good. Highly recommended...

Very clean rooms and Owner was helpful im fulfilling all our requests. All the main beaches are within 3 km from the hotel. Many cafe's in walkable distance. Had a great stay overall

Enjoyed the stay. Well maintained. Staff were happy to assist with local travel and locations. Located close to the cliff. Parking space availble. Cons. - There were no option for early check in even though room was available. It could have been better since most of the visitors are reaching the location in the morning hours after a long travel.

Clean big rooms, very polite and friendly service and great location. It is just a 1 minute walk to all the good restaurants at north cliff. Loved the stay. If only the room rates were a bit on the lower side, nevertheless we had an amazing stay. P.s. Gated car parking available which is a big big plus l, especially in Varkala.

We enjoyed our stay at White House Residency. The room was convenient enough and the highlight of the place is the well-maintained and clean interiors and surroundings. Prices are affordable and worth it. My only suggestion would be to provide a facility for ironing clothes in the room, i.e, a plug point and ironing board on request.
