West Bay Marisol

The hotel was absolutely fantastic. The rooms, the facilities, swimming pool, breakfast what not... I liked every min of our stay and it was worth it. The stay was very close to beach and had very close auto stand to travel by. The staff were very informative and help us a lot to see around in varkala. Special mention to Adv Baiju Sir for his kindness and welcoming. I had forgotten my belongings in the hotel in a hurry to catch a train. Baiju Sir took full responsibility in returning those items to me. Really thankful to him. I will always choose to stay in this hotel here after whenever I visit varkala.

Our stay at West Bay Marisol was a delightful experience, thanks to its prime location near the beach, incredibly friendly and attentive staff, and well-maintained, comfortable rooms. The pool area was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The breakfast buffet offered was very limited in choices. Would have a wider variety of delicious options. We particularly appreciated the small touches like complimentary water bottles and the prompt room service. Would recommend this hotel for a relaxing beach getaway):-

Came for a week and ended up staying for two! Really beautifully made new hotel, rooms are huge, staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, breakfast is decent, bed is super comfy and ac/hot showers worked perfectly. Really cannot fault these guys, enjoyed every minute and I've been missing it since we left. Easily one of our most comfortable stays in our 6 month trip around India! Thanks for all of your hard work guys

Had an amazing stay at West Bay Marisol! The location is perfect, just a 2-minute walk from the beach. The rooms are spacious and luxurious, offering great comfort. Breakfast was delicious and light--just the right way to start the day. Highly recommended!

Tatti smelling room not one or two all of them. Dont know how do they have audacity to sell those smelling rooms. Bad cleaning. Very limited options in breakfast ( good taste though). Swimming pool is dirty and they do not turn on water cycle even after 10s of request. Save your trip by not going in there.

We stayed at West bay Marisol and it was amazing. The staff is very nice and probably only 60 meters from the black beach. We stayed in the new block . There is still some work going on. They have a swimming pool and lawn and party space there is roof top swimming that is under construction.We had lunch and it was the most delicious one we can find in hotels in varkala. Highly recommend, hoping to come back soon

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beach resort in Varkala, and I can confidently say it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the serene ambiance and stunning location, just a short walk from the famous varkala cliff beach What really set this resort apart was its sense of community and the experience they curate for their guests. I particularly enjoyed the evening bonfire on the beach, with soft music and the sound of the waves--a perfect way to end the day. Overall, this resort in Varkala is a hidden gem, offering the perfect balance of luxury, comfort, and natural beauty. I can't wait to return!

We booked four rooms for two days in WEST BAY MARISOL.. The property had good parking space and the rooms were spacious and clean..we had sit out and utility area too..walkable to north cliff and sand bay beach...we had good time pool..the staff helped us to book for mangrove island boating.. We celebrated our daughter's birthday near the pool..the staff arranged for a home baked fresh cream cake which was extra ordinary... As we had kids we didn't try food outside..we ordered in hotel restaurant itself..the taste and quality of food was too good... Cons: The hotel was short of manpower..especially in restaurant..the buffet menu had only two items served for complimentary breakfast...but the supply of food served was not sufficient..they took very long time to serve..all the guests very irritated and frustrated On the whole stay, staff and quality of food was good..except with the complimentary breakfast... If the hotel management takes action for the above said problem I would give 5star rating...
