Very poor service and the worst food ever had...Food had a dead cockroach in it..The most ridiculous thing is they did not even say a sorry for that...

The rooms where okay. The rooms where infested with flying roaches. But the staff where even more horrible. They didn't have any towels or any toiletries when we stayed. When we where checking out, the staff threatened to complain to the police accusing us of stealing towels and toiletries and even went to the extent of searching our bags and cars. They just do this to other visitors as well as I heard from one friend of mine. Worst Hospitality. Please don't visit this place. Find some place better.

Had stayed for 3 days in an AC room in Vallabhan International. Please do not go by name. There is nothing international about it. The room provided was small, crampy and more importantly, poorly maintained. Cobwebs were hanging from many places, and the staff showed little inclination to clean them. Woodwork in the doors was partially eroded by termites. Room had a musty smell to it. Housekeeping is minimal. Towels were changed only after request. There was no blanket provided. ||On the flip side, the hotel is located in a good place. It is bang opposite the famous Janardhanaswamy temple. Papanasam beach is at a walkable distance. The Varkala cliff is less than a kilometre from there, and autos are available 24x7 opposite the hotel. From the railway station, the hotel is almost at a distance of 4 to 5 kms.||The restaurant attached to the hotel, Kerala Coffee House, served delicious food, although sometimes room service may take up to 30 minutes. As a vegetarian, I can comment only on veg dishes. No clue about the non-veg fare. ||At the budget it comes in, I guess I should not expect more. Overall, I would say this hotel suits solo male travelers on a tight budget. Single females and couples or families should look elsewhere.

Restaurant dont have more varieties in the tourist place cant eat the item what you like. The hotel room service is okay. The lack of staffs only major problem here but the staffs are friendly.
