A fantastic stay from start to finish. The room was spotless and comfortable, breakfast each morning was delicious, and the restaurant served some of the best meals I've had in a while. Their beer and wine options were a nice bonus. Will definitely be back!

This resort is amazing! Everything from check-in to check-out was seamless. Rooms are modern and well-kept. The restaurant offers a great variety of dishes, all delicious. The staff made us feel at home. Highly recommend it for a relaxing trip.

Stayed here for a family vacation and had a great time. The resort is kid-friendly and very clean. The staff were helpful and responsive. Rooms were tidy and comfortable. Only small downside was slow Wi-Fi in the room, but everything else was great!

Location is the selling point of this hotel as it near helipad area. The rooms are small and bathrooms are even more congested. There is no working lift which is bit of a nuisance if your room is on higher floor. They provide basic toiletries and hot water pot along with basic tea sachets. Bit overpriced I would say buy in all a decent hotel.

The restaurant food was really bad, today i ordered a chicken curry and porotta chicken curry was full of salty the taste was discusting.we just complated to the staff and he tasted the curry and picked him self after few minutes he riturn with same curry nothing has changed. And the porotta is instant porotta really ruff and tuff we can use that as an plastic sheet. OMG never ever we gonna wisit that restaurant again. |Thanks

I had a very bad experience staying in the resort. I booked 2 rooms for 22nd February. Though the place has a great location, the service they offer is really poor. The people in the reception were not at all approachable and it was as if they had a problem with us for booking though an online app and not directly. But the main issue was when they lost our room keys that day night. We had given the keys in the reception when we went out in the evening and when we came back no one was there in the reception. We spoke with the security there and he was not at all helpful and was trying to put the blame on us. Apparently, some misplacing happened on their end and lost the key. We waited for almost half an hour that day night for them to give the spare key which was there the entire time. I would suggest no one to book the place unless something is done to improve their service. ** I would like to add that the time mentioned in the response by the owner is incorrect. We got back at like 11.30. Being situated in a location that claims the night life.. i don't think pinpointing the time justifies your action. It is further to be noted that once the issue was identified only after making multiple pointless calls Nd meeting someone in the bar( i believe was the manager), the issue was resolved which was definitely not 10 minutes. No proper explanation was also received the next day morning regarding what exactly happened. **

There is no lift in this hotel, I wonder how to sleep in the room, our room is in the 3rd floor, the room looks like a small room no. 303, if room no. 306 is bigger than i will be happy or okay. And the morning breakfast food is absolutely terrible because they don't keep buffet and just the staff brings the cold food there.
