We booked this hotel by contacting them over the phone and paid an advance of 10,000. Upon arriving, we found the room to be far below expectations--it felt more like a bar and was not suitable for a comfortable stay. The photos they advertised online were highly misleading, and even the swimming pool was nothing like what was shown in the pictures. When we decided to cancel the booking, they initially refused to process a cancellation or refund any amount. After much effort and argument, we were able to get only 5,000 back. The service was extremely poor, and the overall experience was highly disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, as they seem more focused on misleading customers than providing decent hospitality.

This is the wvorst hotel you guys can stay in. Don't fall for the images. When we reached the location we were disappointed upon seeing the room. It's such a waste of money. This place is not at all suitable for family. This place looks cheaper than oyo, even oyos are better. When I had asked towel for bathing to them, the cooking maid went into her room and gave nasty, disgusting and unclean towel which was lying on the floor of her room. The swimming pool looks quite opposite to what is shown in the image, they don't maintain and clean it properly. This place is mainly used by bachelor boys for drinking and smoking. Please do not fall for this place and make advance payments, if you make advance payment you're cooked and you won't get your advance back. Please don't stay in this disgusting place.

Very bad experience. Not preferred to stay.I had a disappointing experience at Skyline Resort that left me frustrated throughout my stay. From the moment I arrived, the check-in process was slow and disorganized, with staff seeming unprepared for guests. The room I was assigned was not clean and had several maintenance issues, including a leaking faucet and a broken air conditioner.Additionally, the amenities promised on the website were not available, and the overall service was below expectations. The lack of attention to detail and poor customer service made my visit far from enjoyable, and I would not recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Worstuu experience ever ! Do not visit here such a local place and they cheated us. Very disappointed. Do not believe the pictures posted ever . Owner doesn't care and it's not safe for females

Best budget room with Swimming pools available in Varkala. The rooms were good and the outdoors was awesome.

We had a very disappointing stay at this place. We booked 3 AC rooms and 2 rooms for our family, but upon arrival, the conditions were so poor that our family moved to another resort. We ended up staying in only one room here. The hygiene and maintenance were lacking. We were charged 3,000 for the room and an additional 2,000 for cancelling the other two. Strongly consider looking elsewhere for your vacation.

"Worst experience ever! Stayed with a group of 10 at Skyline Beach Resort and it was a nightmare. Poor hygiene, zero maintenance, and appalling customer service. They charged us a hefty Rs. 9000 for two rooms, promising AC and cleanliness. However, upon arrival, we were coerced into paying the balance upfront before even seeing the rooms. The reality? Filthy, unhygienic conditions greeted us with dirty beds, broken furniture, and bathrooms resembling a horror scene. AC without a remote, TV without power, and a useless table without a glass top. No essentials like soap or bed sheets provided. To top it off, a power outage at 11 pm left us sweating in the dark for over two hours, with no backup plan in sight. Avoid this place like the plague!"
