This is a very silent place and very good place for yoga practice. You can see few foreigners used to stay for long for there yoga practices, and they preparing food according to the Yogi. Needs. There is no by default, complimentary breakfast and no phone. The reception and no refreshment, not even tea, he's available. Eat just a space. You can stay and come coastwist, comparatively. Is better in that area and ambient is good. People looks for just stay, then they can Look for this place

The place is filled with greenery, so peaceful and calm to stay. The rooms are okay but the outer view is good.

Pros: Location, peaceful, greenery Our stay here was okay as the staff were mostly helpful. But overall not value for money as per the weekend rates charged. Also in our room the mini refrigerator was not available unlike what was told by the owner on enquiry.

We traveled to Savithri Inn Cottages from Trivandrum airport by cab, and the journey took approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes. Since it was the Onam season, the hotel appeared to be understaffed, but the check-in process was efficient and smooth. The room we stayed in was spotless and cozy, offering a comfortable atmosphere for relaxation. The surroundings were lush with vibrant flowers and trees, creating a peaceful, scenic environment. Additionally, the Varkala cliff was within walking distance from the hotel, which made exploring the area very convenient. However, the road leading to the cottage had a few potholes, making the drive a bit bumpy as we entered. Despite that, the overall experience was very pleasant and enjoyable.

Awesome and calm place, very near to the Beach (3min walkable) its on the cliff with great view. My kids enjoyed a lot and had a great time. Easy access to all the restaurant, Ayurveda center and its closer to Railway station. the staffs were very friendly and helped us as and when needed also They guided us for city tour.. overall a great place to make your trip wonderful

I have visited the place for the past 3 yrs and this year, the booking price for a single room was around 4500 per night. Once I have called the provided number, they initially said the room would cost around Rs.6000 per night But later when my friend made a phone call, they said Rs. 4500. I think they are judging the customers based on the gender. I was totally disappointed in this. The rooms were well maintained when compared to my previous visits.

Stayed for 1 night with family , below my experience. This is located just behind the cliff road. Road is very narrow while entering inside the hotel. Wider cars are difficult to enter. Parking place is available. Maintenance is done good. At night all lights are turned on in garden, and looking nice. Since they have lot of trees, u don't feel the hot. Since these are bamboo type cottages, we get some smell inside. If room spray is installed it will be excellent. Bath towels provided has some smell, it will be better if it is washed properly. They provide jug kettle and tea coffee setup, kept in glass bottle which is neat and clean. No breakfast provided, so cannot comment on the food. But they have tieup hotel in cliff road (most of times it is empty). If we want to enjoy cliff, sea viewing better to book near by resort. Cost wise this is fine. They charge differently for ac and non ac rooms.

It's a nice place to stay. It has wonderful Bamboo cottages with all the facilities expected from a 1 star hotel. The bamboo texture gives it a very rustic feel. One drawback, if you want to see it as one, is that it's not close to the beach. The beach is only a few hundred meters away but you have to move away from it to reach the cottages. The service is great, the hosts are very cordial, there is enough parking space. Lots of activities and places to have a good time! Recommend it for a few days' stay.. a blend of tropical and sea coast..
