Sanctum Spring

Located near to cliff and have beautiful view. Sufficient room space for family. Complementary breakfast is good. Don't have sufficient Car parking space but it's common issue in many hotels in kerela. Swimming pool is clean, and had too much of chlorination.

Very nice hotel. Located on hill top with lots of food outlets nearby. You can walk down to the beach and spend time there. Reasonably good rooms with Air conditioning. Hot water available. Nice breakfast spread. Very courteous and helpful staff. No lift, but the staff helps with the luggage. Be careful when you call and book directly in the number given in the website. I almost got cheated. Their Visiting card collected from reception is attached here.

The Sanctum Spring beach resort is located at varkala's happening place. This resort being right next to helipad where you have access to beach, most of the top rated cafe's and shopping stores within walkable distance. Here the staffs are so friendly, breakfast was good and rooms are clean, as well ocean is visible from the room's balcony. Overall the property is good and affordable. When ever you are here, please don't forget to ask for "Ambu" who clicks amazing pictures and does the editing. The gesture and service of the resort is good and happy to be here.

Rooms are not well maintained. Had bad smell from matress and quilt which comes when not exposed to sunlight for a long time. Bathroom could also be better . The staff was friendly .Very good location near to cliff beach(50mts) and has a pool

This is an excellent staycation property having all the luxurious amenities and that too at quite an affordable price. The location too is at a prime spot with easy access to any kind of transportation and within walking proximity to the Varkala Beach. The receptionist, staff and servers all were quite courteous and helpful. I would particularly appreciate Mr. Ambu for making our stay more enjoyable, he got us clicked with some amazing pictures and even recommended how we can improve our photography skills. Absolutely loved this!

We booked this hotel because there was few available at the peak time of Christmas, it's quite small and not that much of cleanliness in rooms, bedsheets had stains and not many amenities but the plus point was that it's very close to varkala cliff and we could walk and reach the beach any time, the service was also good but the rooms were a bit small, they need to upgrade to match the other hotels but overall decent. Dont go on the images shown it's different than it looks those pictures were taken long back.

A property very close to the beach. No elevator. You will have to climb up to 4 floors. But the pricing varies from website to website. So ensure you check multiple websites for the best cost!

the hotel us very close to north cliff beach area. You can reach beach by walking 100 metres. The room is spacious and clean. However, there is no lift in the hotel. So, if your room is in 3rd floor etc, it can be an issue. Inly complementary breakfast is available. Lunch and dinner are not available at the hotel, for which, there are many restaurants in north cliff area, which is walkable within 100 metres range. Ln fact, helipad area is the best place to take hotels in varkala as that area is very close to the beach.
