Rachanas Black Beach Resort

This is by far the worst resort I've stayed at, despite having traveled extensively around the world. The experience was extremely disappointing. There were no basic amenities like a toothbrush, and the room was old, poorly maintained, and not clean. The service was equally terrible--there was no warm welcome, and it felt like we weren't even wanted there. Room service was subpar, and the restaurant was a disaster. My friend got a stomach ache after eating there, and we had to wait over 15 minutes just for a waiter who never showed up. The only redeeming quality was the sea view, which was beautiful. Other than that, the entire experience was unacceptable. This resort seriously needs to be reconsidered for listing.

Nice atmosphere. Good resort. Good staff and clean rooms. It's very value for money. Ideal for both couples and family.

Rooms are very much better as compared to price. Variety of facilities are provided.|It also provides amazing sunset view nearby.|If lift services is available it will make our hotel stay much better.whole hotel is nicely decorated ||THANKS TO ABHILASH PILLAI

Hotel is very good and clean.rooms are nicely decorated.whole hotel unit is fantastic.overall room amenities are good camperativly the price.at night lighting on hotel is so much nice.hotel is nearby beach.if lift facility is available,it makes much better stay.|THANKS TO ABHILASH PILLAI

One of the worst resort to book. Manager and owner are arrogant. We had reservations booking but on reaching hotel we were informed that booking was cancelled and were left on our own. Please don't book at these group of resort . Third class experience. Worst experience of my entire life.

Pathetic stay at this hotel. I booked via MMT. Attaching the screenshot. Stayed on 18th Jan 2025 with my wife & kid. Rooms were pathetic and dirty. There were mosquitos. No one to carry the luggage. Restraunts was 200 metre away with walk on public road. No intercom was available. No minibar. Reception area seems to be pathetic. Plug points were not working. Washroom has stains on tiles. Do not stay at this hotel. If i have a choice, i would have given negative ratings.

NOT RECOMMENDED FOR FAMILY. Rooms have bad cigar smell. Not cleaned properly. Poor Service. Worst quality for the price.

I went to paloma last week the service and the food they provide was awesome. I really loved the place they have a very good ambiance. And the people from paloma was so nice everyone was so kind and helpful, especially one Mr Vishnu from front office he was very helpfull totally i loved their all kind of facilities and service. Thank you team Paloma.
