Location is perfect to enjoy the trip in a peaceful way.We took a Sea view family room . Room is clean. Service is good . Totally nice place to stay. Very close to the main beach also. Overall my family enjoyed the time being there. Aircon can better.

This might be the best hotel for value and location in all of Varkala. While most ocean front hotels are on the cliffs, the palm tree heritage opens up directly on a lovely beach. The pool is beautiful and clean. The staff were incredibly attentive and accommodating to all our many requests. We enjoyed many meals of fish, tandoori, and even lobster! We had moved out from another hotel that had amazing reviews and didn't live up to them at all. A huge relief to find this hotel and save this vacation.

It was one of the worst experiences that we ever had while booking, they were agreeing to everything and the pictures or videos of the rooms. They shared looked decent enough, but when we reached the property, it was a mess. There was some construction work going on and the rooms were not maintain neatly at all. Those were very dirty. The fan was not running at a high speed, and the AC was not working. People were sweating inside the room, though there were saying that AC and Fan are working efficiently. The restaurant in which we had food was stinking of cigarette smell, and the food was not hygiene, and the restaurant area was also not maintain properly. The staff were not trained properly, and they were behaving very informal, and the crowd was also most of bachelors who are roaming around with alcohol bottles And it doesn't feel safe with family. The manager was also not able to communicate properly while booking. Also, he was not able to Give exact answers to my questions. He's just telling the same thing over and over again. Overall it is one of the worst experiences and I Do not recommend this place

Five stars for the location. The property gives access to a beach area and also has a pool with showering areas. There is a good seating restaurant that faces the sea and the view is good. We stayed in a cottage. The owner is a nice person who tended to all our needs during the visit.

Pros: ||Location : right on the beach||Pool was clean||Food at restaurant was satisfactory||||Cons: ||Check in was extremely unprofessional and the person checking us in actually||took photos of our passports with his own private mobile!! Never has to||occurred to us anywhere in the world and is quite disturbing.||Our room was alive with mosquitoes...told 'Manager', nothing done||None of the 3 doors worked properly...door into room was impossible to lock or secure, doors to bathroom and balcony jammed and very difficult to open.||No mattresses on solid wood sun lounges...impossible to relax on.||No water for shower etc..informed a staff member and eventually had a drizzle||which lasted for one shower only...husband missed out. No water at all in the||morning.||Bright light left on overnight which shone directly into two windows beside||bed..no blackout curtain.||Dirty blanket only covering on bed apart from bottom sheet on mattress.||The entire property needs a total upgrade and ongoing maintenance plus||more professional management staff

This has to one of the worst experiences we had while staying in a hotel. The rooms were not cleaned well. When we asked about it , they said "No problem sir, we will fix right away". But then no sign of action. The incompetency is unbelievable. The rooms lacked basic requirements like no hangers for the clothes , sand on the bedsheets, faulty air conditioning and so much more . The food was ok but ridiculously priced. We did tell all of this to the helpers but after sometime we had to give up because it was of no use anymore. Thank god we stayed there for only a day otherwide that hell would have become an unbearable nightmare. The biggest takeway for us was that the cleaning crew was the most incompetent. A child would be able to a better job. As guests we just wanted to relax and enjoy small vacation but because of the rooms our focus was on anything but relaxing. Definitely don't recommend this to anyone . We felt like we got cheated. Hope the management would do necessary changes to improve. If I had an option for zero stars I would have chosen that but unfortunately I don't, so one star is given .

I highly recommend this resort to anyone seeking a tranquil beachfront experience in Kerala. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

Very nice place and good hotel tasty food. Medium sized pool but well maintained. Fish display etc.|View from the rooms excellent and candlelight dinner with live music means super....so best place to have fun and enjoyment. If in Varkala... vist Palm Tree
