Rooms are excellent and very clean. Owner was very friendly and supportive for travellers by giving usefull local information. Budget friendly

It was a nice experience, rooms were good staffs were also nice especially the owner, the location is also very suitable as it is very close to the cliff rooms were clean and the same goes with the bathroom , moreover the budget was also affordable and the rooms were also large and comfortable overall it was quite a nice stay there and personaly it was my second time staying there and both the times not even a single issue occurred and I also found the stay peacefull

Only good thing is it's near to the cliff, except that everything is worst. We took non AC room just to stay at night. The room very much bad and having bad smell. Bathroom outside nat is worst, I think they might kept it from 10 years old. No proper bucket in bathroom. Very small bucket kept like dustbin. And when you open bathroom, you can find the cockroach roaming. You can't see your face in the mirror they had in room. You can cough continuously if you're having dust allergy since room is not cleaned properly. Don't stay just bcz it's near to cliff. And 1500/- is utterly waste for that dust room.

Saju and his team are amazing running this hotel. A Peaceful location not far from the beach and all the restaurants. Amazing balcony with slight sea view - to pass the days away and watch the world go by. The room was clean and adequate, with all the facilities we needed. We had a good bed that was really comfortable and were happy with this. I would recommend here for a reasonable stay, at a reasonable cost for an enjoyable and perfectly located beach residency trip.

The property's location is okay because it is located near the cliff beach so you can reach there in walking distance. However the stay was a little bit discomforting due to the following reasons; 1. There was no water to drink in the room, so we had to go near the reception in order to drink some water. 2. The rooms were old and the ventilation was not good. After a few hours of sleep, we experienced a bad smell since there was no air circulation. We booked a non AC room, so we had to keep the balcony door open overnight to breathe good air. 3. I think the rooms are a little bit over priced.

We had a very comfortable stay here in Oceanic Beach Residency. Mr. Saju, the owner was really feasible and friendly. He was absolutely professional and made sure everything was okay with our stay. Would recommend if you need a great accommodation to stay at and which is also close to the beach and the railway station. People working here are very friendly and warm. Perfect for a group of friends or family. Would highly recommend if you are finding a place to stay in Varkala.

Nice and clean with very reasonable room rate. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are perfect with ample space and balcony moreover it's just few steps distance to the cliff and the main beach market. Manager , the boss and the bell boy ,they all are friendly and helpful. Strongly recommended.

I liked everything about this place. Very beautifully maintained.
