better than described in the other reviews. The swimming pool is currently being renovated, but you can use the neighboring pool. The rooms with AC are absolutely fine compared to other Indian standards. The location is great. only about 250m to the busy beach promenade. fantastic beach.

Very bad experience. Very bad room service . We were a group of 13 people and we had to stay in five rooms. The price they charge for a non ac below average room is ridiculous. I have no words to even describe how badly kept the rooms and bathrooms were. Towels and bed sheets had a lot of stains and did not look clean at all. To top it all , they did not even provide us with complimentary water bottles which any basic decent hotel would do.

They are just looking for money. Irresponsible management. Not recommended to anyone

We stayed here for 2 nights, 6 people in 2 rooms. There are no proper charging port. Swimming pool with broken tiles, will tear legs. Not worth for the money. Resort management didn't even allow our guest stay peacefully for 1 hour inside. Good thing is they let the guest car to be parked inside, so we had good time at beach.

We went recently. The property was well maintained but the room was not maintained at all. Also there AC was not working plus the washroom was not clean.. Just one advantage it was little near to the North cliff other than no use to take any room their. The swimming pool was also not maintained full or mud and not cleaned. Just plz dnt take any room there either give and any cost. They cheat like they send Akhil resort picture and once booked then they told for other property nd say it's our property only.

This is not all a hotel, they are fooling the people keep the photos but nothing looks like what it looks in photos. No AC, Fans won't work. Even the taps in the washroom won't work. They don't even give respect to the customer. My humble request is never even come to this hotel. Because of this hotel our day has completely wasted and spoiled. In one line fake photos, worst hotel.

The rooms have an outdated feel, and the beds are as hard as a rock. However, the customer service provided by the staff is excellent - attentive and pleasant. They promptly assist with anything you may need.

My stay in that room was honestly terrible.We booked 2 cottage rooms The lack of cleanliness was appalling, and it seemed like no one cared about maintaining it. To make matters worse, water leaked onto the entrance when it rained, which is just inexcusable for a hotel room. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone until they seriously step up their game in terms of cleanliness and maintenance
