Property is located somewhat near to the Cliff. Property has good views and atmosphere. We booked the Non AC rooms. Room was pretty decent and good. Bathroom is okay but it didn't had soap. Early check-in is available if the room is available and they charge Rs.200/hour. They don't have caretaker or manger always available at the property. Few of them are coming and going, so you have to manage on your own. The major issue in the property is they dont have POWER BACKUP or INVERTER setup. Power was going off frequently and we had to sit for 2+ hours in the outside entrance as it was extremely hot inside. Charging Rs.2600/night for a non AC room and not provided invertor/power backup is bad. Not recommended for family at all. Imagine being here for an holiday and not able to sleep peacefully at night due to power issues.

I recently stayed at Native resort in Varkala with my wife during our trip, and it was a delightful experience. The resort offers a peaceful atmosphere, with clean and well-maintained rooms that truly feel like home. Before choosing this place, I visited two other hotels to check their rooms, but Native stood out for its warmth and comfort. The rooms and washrooms were spotless, making it an excellent choice for families and couples. Its location is also a bonus, being within walking distance from the cliff. The two lady caretakers were incredibly friendly and polite, adding to the overall charm of the stay. As a first-time visitor, I highly recommend Native to anyone looking for a cozy and welcoming place to stay in Varkala.

I had an extremely disappointing stay at this hotel. The biggest issue was the complete lack of power backup. During my stay, the electricity went out multiple times, and there was no generator or inverter to keep basic services running. No lights, no fan, no AC - absolutely nothing worked. To make matters worse, the owner was unresponsive and dismissive when I raised my concerns. It felt like he was just trying to take our money without providing even the most basic hospitality. Definitely not worth the price or the hassle. Avoid this place unless you want to be left in the dark--literally.

A very pleasant stay! The location is excellent and very quiet. The rooms are modern, with a comfortable mattress. The service was fantastic and very attentive. However, I highly recommend booking a room with air conditioning, as it can get quite warm otherwise.

We had the best stay for 2 days here. The room was pretty clean and neat. The way to the stay is pretty narrow for about 300m so a bit difficult if you're coming by car apart from that access to beaches and cliff and some of the beautiful restaurants was just at a walking distance and we have Inda cafe right behind the property. Go ahead book your stay and enjoy

While book the hotel it was showing 1800 approxmently and when we booked it from two days it must me around 3600 +500 gst but it was 5k which means they took almost 1k extra. They don't provide clean towels it was smelling so bad he was so so rude to us and stubborn. They charged money for which was already dirty pillow they told us that we have done it. We book hotel to stay there not to clean the pillow, it was their work to do it. No drinking water available in floor, need to go down for filling the water. Bed are so stiff that you will face back plain. No views as per mention and so in the place is. They don't wait for 5mins to let us come out from the room at checkout they banged on the door to come out fast.

Worst room stay experience ever. No electricity backup. No clean infra in the room. Beds and sheets seem to be so bad that we had to take our own bed sheet over the sheet they had put on. For the price paid for, they could have put minimum a good bath towel, soaps, paste etc - a basic necessity in every accomodation. We came with our little child and had to stay all night outside room as the electricity was off. Never recommended

the experience of staying here is nice, the staff is also nice. Only thing that no one is there to pick our luggage and sleepers are not allowed inside which is good, however there should be a pair in the room as well. Overall, recommended
