Mare Holidays

Was sceptical after seeing many reviews of water issue at this property. However we didn't face any when we visited mid April. The USP is beach facing on cliff rooms. It's beautiful and sound of waves is soothing. The room is spacious with well working AC. The bathroom is spacious too. One can get down to the beach through Cafe Sarwaa by just climbing down ~160 steps. On drawbacks, the parking is slightly far from the rooms. No clear signage from the road. No food facility, though you can visit the nearby Cafe Sarwaa and order food over swiggy. And prices are on premium end which I dont really complain about. And lastly stray dogs roam freely around the property.

Perched atop South Cliff, this resort offers breathtaking beach views from both the rooms and outdoor spaces. Waking up to the ocean and sleeping to the sound of waves was pure bliss. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and perfectly designed to showcase the stunning scenery. What truly set this place apart was the exceptional hospitality--the manager and owner were incredibly supportive, ensuring a seamless and memorable stay. For a peaceful retreat with unmatched views and top-notch service, this resort is a must-visit. Can't wait to return!

Bad experience.. avoid if possible. Pros: sea view and that's it. Con: 1. Poor management 2. In the name of parking, you will have to park car in open in a garbage dump behind resort. 3. No clear access to main property, you will have to go through the front resort i.e. some other resort entrance. 4. So no clear way into resort, and on top of it .. the hotel staff would not be there to guide you. So the front property guide actually misbehaved with no help from the management of the mare resort. 5. So be rest assured the resort management would just give an apology for all the inconvenience. 5. Washroom and facilities poor. 6. All in all there are many other better options available. If anything goes wrong there isn't anyone to even complain. Avoidable

I stayed there with my family, beautiful view, friendly staff. In some reviews water problem written but we didn't face anything. Beach was also very neat and clean We got a private beach like experience. Highly recommend to beach lovers.

Place has water issues, no water in washroom. After complaining to manager he said he will look into it after and after sometime he is telling motor issue. So think before you book after paying so much high price for the property and still you are facing inconvenience.

Two stars for views. Service is pathetic. They have no power backup. Only sea facing rooms are worth giving a shot and view is actually awesome. There are 2 care takers one male and female. Male is very bad and doesn't respond to requests. There are insects and lizards everywhere. We were with family and we had this kind of experience. If with family, i would totally not recommend this place. For bachelors and friends this is great.

Nice cool place and food items are excellent. Staff is very very cooperative. Sunset view was amazing.

The view from the room and access to beach is wonderful. Only good thing about this place is location and the person who takes booking. There is no service, care taker is so rude. Stray dogs and cats interrupts while having food out your room. Bed sheets are not cleaned properly and smelly. Water was not available in bathrooms and we had to inform them to switch on motors. Toiletries and towels are not upto mark. Post evening no one is there in premises to clean. Basically felt like good property with no maintenance and service.
