La Maison Varkala

I stayed at their deluxe cottage. The stay was amazing. It's a lovely, quiet property just 200 metres from the cliff which makes the price worth it. Room is very clean, bathroom is also very clean. I loved the basket on the wall bed side light. So cute and sustainable. The manager is very courteous and professional and also helpful. They provided both early check in and late check out as it was possible. They have provided seating area for all the cottages which is nice to chill in. They also provide breakfast at 250. Freshly made home cooked meal. They have a nice communal seating area, garden and a few hammocks. It's not a hotel so don't expect that. Carry your own toiletries and be polite to the staff!

La Mason is hands down our favorite place to stay in Varkala! The team is fantastic, offering top-notch surf lessons that make the experience even more memorable. The resort itself is beautifully maintained, with super clean rooms and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff is incredibly friendly and always ready to help. Plus, the location is perfect--just a short walk to the beach and nearby cafes. Whether you're here for surfing, relaxation, or both, this place truly stands out. Highly recommended!

We had the most incredible stay at La Maison in Varkala! This beautiful property exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with exceptional hospitality and courtesy by every single staff member. They truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home. The cleanliness and maintenance of the property were impeccable - 10/10! The location was also perfect, making it easy for us to explore the surrounding area. What truly sets La Maison apart, however, is the warmth and kindness of its staff. They made our stay truly unforgettable, and we can't wait to return. I'm still fuming about my disastrous decision to book this overpriced property for a 1-night stay. 6,000+ taxes per cottage is an outrageous amount, and what did we get in return? Absolutely nothing. The moment we arrived, I knew I'd made a huge mistake. The place looked nothing like the pictures, and the amenities were virtually non-existent. No breakfast, no services, no nothing. Just a pathetic rope hammock that was almost touching the ground. The only positive i say is room was clean , just the room , i guess its a new building , toilet was smelling and didn't even had an exhaust fan .. pathetic I demand more value for my hard-earned money. This property is a complete rip-off, and I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy. If you're considering booking this place, trust me and look elsewhere. The only way this property could possibly justify its price is if it were 2,000 or less, maybe. But 6,000? Are you kidding me? I'm still trying to process how I got scammed into booking this dump. Do not, I repeat, DO NOT make the same mistake I did." My whole travel was ruined

I had a great experience from this property . The rooms were nice, clean as well as the premises. The staff was very friendly, and helpful. Many thanks especially for all help and attentions! I definitely recommend this hotel when visiting varkala, once again thankyou so much guys.

One of the best stays I had in Varkala! Super nice rooms, very clean and spacious. I had enough space for my belongings. Lovely people running the place! I will be back for sure will miss you guys!

Had an amazing stay at La maison. The cottage was cute and comfy. It's really close to the cliff, just a 2 minute walk. They have parking space. The best part of the stay was the host and staffs. Very sweet and accommodating people. They'll help you with all your needs and gives you the best recommendations. Thank you anandhu, clara and vishnu.
