Karthika Plaza Resort

I recently stayed at this resort and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The first thing that caught my eye was the superb gardening - every corner is beautifully maintained, making it feel like a green paradise. The night ambience was especially enchanting, with the lights perfectly complementing the peaceful surroundings. The rooms were exceptionally neat and clean, offering both comfort and convenience. One of the highlights of my stay was receiving morning bed tea right on time - it was such a thoughtful touch that made my day start on a pleasant note. What really made this resort special was the care they put into everything and the friendly behavior of the staff. Whether you want a peaceful break or a comfortable place to relax, this resort has it all. I'd definitely recommend it for a calm and cozy stay in Varkala, away from the usual crowd.

It's a calm, quiet and cool place to stay with your friends or family. The property is lush with a lot of greenery that will keep you cool even in May heat.

Awesome place, with clean rooms and superb service. The highlight of this place are its managers Mr Rejish and his brother, both of them extremely helpful and polite individuals. They guided us with local sightseeing and contacts. The resort is well located, in walking distance from North Cliff. Rooms are decently priced. The place doesn't have a restaurant, but food delivery apps can be used.

Not worthy for the prize... Rooms are small...Not well maintained ...thin blankets...that too without cover.. Taps were leaking.. Rooms are so close that you can hear the conservations from another room.. Amenities were also not proper.... Definitely didn't feel and look like what google showed...

Wonderful, centrally located property with greenery. This appears to be inherited house that was converted into a resort. Owner management must devote sufficient attention to maintenance issues. My bathroom faucet was leaking. The toilet seat rim was broken. While paying for an AC room, I lived in a non-AC room because the AC was not working. This could be due to long power cuts. The beds provided are of low quality and produce a lot of noise.

Please avoid this place if you don't want to ruin your vacation. There are no basic facilities like hot water or a switchboard. The bedsheets were very dirty, and if someone turns on the balcony light, insects will swarm. They charge like a resort but don't provide facilities even close to a 1-star rating
