I stayed here 10 years ago and again recently, and while it has aged a little bit and is a bit rougher around the edges it's a still a super cool place to stay! Love the design and decor, rainforest shower and circular bed, and inside the room it's cool and dark and the perfect oasis away from the crowds and heat. Much cheaper and better value than it was 10 years ago too! Only minuses are that it's probably not too safe to stay here alone as a girl as no onsite reception or caretaker - and don't sit out on the balcony in the evening you will be devoured by mosquitoes as I was! Otherwise it was perfect for a few days.

We booked the property for 2 days and checked out the very first evening as location wise it is situated in the most shadiest lane along by the side of running foul smelling sewage. There is no parking space, you will have to park in a separate pay and park area which is nothing but just an empty piece of land managed by some Chai wala during day time, at night your vehicle is at your own risk. There is no thing called as reception there , there will be a guy who you would have to call minimum 3 times for just a bottle of water. The ponds that they are showing in pictures are nothing but just breeding ground for mosquitos. I have never felt this unsafe and uncomfortable in any of the stays of my life. Rooms are compact and the bathtub they have mentioned is the most unhygienic space ever. One thing called is mood lighting for ambience another thing is called badly lit room and this one is worse case of the later one. There is no wifi , no housekeeping, no cafe nothing. We wasted our money take the call wisely and dont put your money in it.

The stay area is very bad. Near a gutter and garbage dumping yard. The room lighting was not upto the mark. The room was pretty dark. The AC was not working Not recommended for girls to stay It's only the interior of the room and the exterior architecture which attracts ppl. But not at all worth the money you pay.

Worst experience here. The entrance to this hotel is via a gutter and some trees. Not a safe place for family or girls.vBooked the room via MMT, and to our surprise mosquitos welcomed us. Sadly there is no reception or any staff who could guide us. Waited there for about an hour and the person appears to casually open the door of a room which looked creepy. We then had to cancel our stay here and bear the losses ourselves. Please do not go with the pictures available online, it is totally not worth it.

Location is worst.... No parking... Hotel is situated next to a nala.... Full of mosquitoes.... I cancelled my booking after reaching hotel.... Not worth it if you are with your family.... For bachelors also there are other good hotels available. No reception so you just have to call the guy.... I had to wait for 45 min

List of below points was not available in the property Cleanliness - Have lot of mosquitoes, bud-begs, Rats, unlimited lizards & snake (surprise visit). The entry of property will welcome you with stink of pee which is the regular urinal area for neighbour shop keeper. Car parking - NO, you need to park car 1 km away from the property. Which is again not safe place. Facilities - From water to food everything you need to order from outside. No reception or attender for your service. Water facilities - No hot water and what is available its come for limited time ( to our experience is we 2 members out of 4 did out get water either to drink nor bath. Location - Its near the beach but not beach view or private beach. The water which you see around the property like ponds are waste water of neighbour which have lots of impurities. Property - Don't book seeing the pictures. the facility, location & staff are not worth of money what you pay. Price - it's off season (July) we paid 4500 which is not worth Overall - Staff is non cooperative both Roshan & Govind don't take any responsibility & blame on each other for denning facilities. Which is waste of our time & easy tactics to escape answering guest. Feedback - Book the property only going through reviews

The location is near to beach and the room ambience is so good. We enjoyed the stay there

Absolutely avoid this place, service level is 0, they don't even have a reception desk. No option for meals, it is situated in a very narrow dark lane and everywhere there is stagnant water. The rooms have some smell and the shower area had issues with drainage of water. The internet was not working. For the price which is being charged, you can get hotels/homestays with a sea view.
