One of the best budget friendly resorts in varkala to stay in. Rooms are well maintained and clean with necessary amenities. Food is great and they have variety of food menu items to choose from, keeping in mind guests from all sides of incredible India. Services are also pretty fast. Only backdrop is it is 10 mins walking from the seashore and the road is not so user friendly. Would look to visit there again.

It's a nice small resort for the price range. Rooms and service are nice. However, the activities are very less considering it to be a resort and the food options are quite less too, also in terms of food availability. Coming here in a big car can be a hassle too. Overall, a decent stay.

I had a fantastic stay! The room was spotless, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the pool were top-notch. The only downside was they is no availability for Spa. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for your next travel adventure!"

The property is small but is kept spacious by having limited rooms. Easy access to pool. The entire property is kept clean and has greenery. Just 1 km walking distance from black sand beach. Breakfast is good. And so are the people hosting. Only con : no common washroom, in case after checkout you have to wait till you bus/train time.

Overall experience is excellent and staff is good and humble and service is also immediately. One can visit and enjoy in this resort

The restaurant offered a decent variety of dishes, though I felt the breakfast could use a bit more variety. One minor drawback is the narrow approach road to the resort, which could be tricky for larger vehicles, but once you're in, the peaceful atmosphere more than makes up for it. Overall, Deshadan is a great pick for anyone looking for a peaceful yet accessible beachside retreat in Varkala.

The resort is good and well maintained. The staffs service is very good. The food they have is good. But Kerala authentic dishes were not available. Other than Kerala authentic food, I would definitely recommend. The Varkala cliff town is easily accessible from the resort.
