Very very very worst place very high price very small room don't go that room because the staff was so rude The true story behind this: Me and my friend are going to trip to varkala and we search for all room. It is not available so we go that worst room . First the staff come he saw that low price then he go to call owner and he saw 3xprice we were shocked.then we have no room for book so we take that .you don't take that room

Dirty and overpriced. The room is dirty. The receptionist attitude was a big turn off.

It's an unmanaged unorganised property with uncleaned rooms and zero services. A messed up unhygienic rooms and there's no light also in common sea view seating area. Although it's has a great location but probably not under any administration, they guy only there will provide you room and that's all. #AVOID.

Be careful Varakala also so many scammers and locals trying to fight with tourists

The Worst worst worst .. If there is any word that describe worst than worst ... That should be the one. No basic amenities as well. No Bath cup, No Mat, No mirror, No bedsheets. It's better to sleep in cliff floors instead taking room here. If it is not worth for 100

The owner is very rude to the customers. After 3 days of asking for towels we finally got them. WiFi is not working. We complained about that and he basically screemed at us for 10 minutes. Definitely worst expirience of the whole year of travel. Bathroom not clean. Avoid.

Restaurant: Good food, healthy and clean. They have a good view of the beach too. They discount the drinks if you are a regular. Very very good stuff. A very good cute on the top deck too. Rooms: Very smelly, not well maintained. Doesn't look like the restaurant belongs to the rooms. Rooms are desperate for renovation. They have a very good parking space. Hot water is available too but the ac wasnt working.
