Good location with helpful staff. The room was good - large with air con and a fan. The bed was comfortable and clean. The shower worked well. I do wonder why Indian toilet seats don't ever seem to fit the pan?? There were two basins, one in the shower room and one in an adjacent and separate area so it was good not to have to stand on a wet floor to brush teeth etc. The staff were very helpful and smiled all the time. There are washing machines for laundry on the roof. They are very old and tricky to use but did the job and I was grateful to be able to wash everything after travelling for some time.

We had no electricity the entire night, making it difficult to pack for the airport--we had to rely on our mobile phone flashlights. With no lift available, it was inconvenient, especially considering we paid 8,000 for a below-average room. The beds were uncomfortable, and the doors felt unsafe. On the positive side, the rooms were clean, spacious, and located very close to the cliff. However, there was no phone provided to contact reception, and no staff was present at night. When the electricity failed, there was no assistance at all .

Have stayed for two nights. For first day there is no power supply till midnight. And on second day there is no power supply till next day noon. They are not considering the customers discomfort due to disconnected power. Its on peak summer and couldn't able to stay in room once returning from beach. Prefer not to stay here as the rates are cheap

The hotel people make you cancel the booking on arrival , saying that they will reduce 300 rupees . After that they make you stay in some other room ( not the main hotel building) with horribly maintained washroom with no doormats nor mirror stinking room. The floor was oily and the bathroom smelled horrible. They make you settle for such rooms by trapping us with reducing 300 rupees or even by saying that we might not get a room due to some electrical issue ( they inform about this just on the previous day Or on arrival making sure that we won't have any option but to yield to their wishes).The main hotel rooms are kept for onspot booking at higher costs to other customers

The rooms are really nice and clean also the staff . Who are very kind Very quiet and well organised|Nice stay near the beach. It is also convenient for restaurants.|Nothing negative at all good price / value . Lots of green around .|We stayed only one night but would have liked to stay more

A decent accommodation, just 2 minutes' walk Varkala beach. Good rooms with parking facilities. However, the driving through the narrow roads which take you there is like playing the maze game. If you are on the rear seat, just relax and trust your driver.

It's a nice place. The rooms were very good for their price and the location was perfect. The beach was walkable from there and there are a lot of restaurants and shops. The only thing is that they don't have a restaurant so u hv to go out for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Otherwise very nice place for a nice, relaxing trip.

Very close to the cliff..!! Rooms are very clean and spacious..!! Staffs are very polite and dedicated...!! The atmosphere of the stay really set the vibe..!! Cost was bit expensive but it was worth it...!!
