Good rooms and serviceLaya Balita One of the best stays in Varkala , we were a big group and we arrived at Varkala at mid night , all the places we contacted couldn't accomodate us . Fortunately we were informed about Laya Balita and when we contacted them , they were more than happy and welcoming to accommodate us.Then hosts personally picked us from where we were and took us to their stay. We were very happy and totally satisfied with the stay.Very Clean and spacious rooms. No complaints at all .They helped us chart our programs for the next days. The hosts were a gem. We couldnt ask for more . The stay was very close to varkala beach and Aliyirakkam beach. We felt very safe in the stay . There was plenty room for parking . Its is totally recommendable to anyone visiting Varkala . Overall a 10/10 Best homestay in varkala

I picked Laya Balita after going through a bunch of reviews, and honestly, it turned out even better than I expected.The place was very neat , and also the vibe was really good.It was near major cafes and all beaches were easily accessible. What amazed me the most were the hosts , friendly, respectful, and always ready to help without ever being in your face. You can tell they genuinely care about the place and the people staying there. The rooms were spacious and relaxing,the place was very quite and safe too. No complaints at all. It's a place I'd come back to, and I'll definitely be recommending it to friends heading to Varkala.It really is one of the best stays in Varkala
