Had Booked this property for and event and vacation. Stunning Ambience and Greenery, a Well maintained property with an epic lake view, courteous staff and an array of activities like kayaking, fishing , pedal boat, rain dance, speed boat just to name a few. The Food and Service was top notch. Special mention to their Head Chef Mr Sunimon for his five star local dishes and sides which made our experience all the more Amazing.. Will visit again Soon. Highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a great Kerala Backwaters experience..

I had an amazing experience at Kalathil Lake Resort! The food was delicious,The ambience was serene, with breathtaking views of the lake, making it a perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The service was exceptional--every staff member was courteous, attentive, and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and offered a peaceful retreat with stunning views. Overall, a perfect destination for a relaxing vacation. Highly recommended!

We went there fifteen years ago for our honeymoon, and wanted to revisit it with the family to relive those memories. It's so peaceful and relaxing, with lots to do for everyone, especially the kids. We had a fantastic time and made even more wonderful memories.

The rooms are very bad. There is seepage on the walls. Doors were not functioning. The resort is full of foul smell. The water in the canal is stale. Washrooms are of very poor standard. Game room is just for the namesake. Breakfast is even worst.

Kalathil Lake Resort, located near Vaikom in Kerala, is situated amidst the scenic backwaters. The resort features villas constructed on pillars over water, interconnected by meandering canals and paved walkways, providing a unique and soothing experience. I recently attended an official gathering here and my experience was good. Guests can enjoy a variety of indoor and outdoor activities, including boating, cycling, and fishing. The programme hall was little congested and is good for only around fifty persons. Food provided was good and tasty. Overall, it is a good choice for those seeking a peaceful retreat in Kerala's backwaters.

Overall a pleasant experience. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Bathroom needs improvement as it looks very ageing and sanitary issues. The Outdoor and Amenities - cycling, boating, children play area are the main attraction point of this resort. All age groups can relax and enjoy with gorgeous surrounding and looks appealing. Food is good and so is the service with very polite staff and management. Overall a good resort to hang around and relax just on hour from Alleppey.

It was a good place not the best since u can get better place for this price nearby. Food was okay but no variety.co ordination is very poor as they just told to do whatever want like not co ordinating even for tea and snacks other groups took our snacks and eventually we ran out of it.

Kalathil Lake Resort is an amazing tourist destination both for Day-out as well as Stay-out programmes. The resort is located panoramically, adjacent to the Vembanad Lake The cottages are aptly designed and projected into the water-body to have a lake-living experience which is charming and delighting. The rooms are well furnished and well maintained with a class-touch. The activities provided by the resort is good. The whole property is neat and clean, and gives a heart -warming ambience.. The hospitality of the staff attracts special attention. Starting from the top level manager down to the staff at the gate are very amicable and extend service with a smile. All of them are pleasing and comfortable to deal. The restaurant is of high standard and dignified. The cuisine is fine, the food is tasty and the service is commendable. In short, the stay in the resort was well-cherished and sweetly remembered. I wish them immence success and vast glory for years to come.
