I recently stayed at Olga Resort in Vagamon, and it was a wonderful experience! The front office staff were great - very welcoming, helpful, and professional. They made check-in smooth and were always ready to assist with anything we needed during our stay. The pool was excellent - clean, well-maintained, and perfect for a refreshing dip while enjoying the beautiful surroundings. One of the best parts of the stay was the view from the room. It was absolutely stunning, offering a peaceful and scenic landscape that made the whole trip even more relaxing. Overall, I highly recommend Olga Resort for anyone looking to unwind in nature with great service and amenities!

I recently stayed at a beautiful resort in Vagamon, and it was truly a refreshing experience. My stay at Olga Resort was simply amazing! The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and located perfectly close to the vagom hills . The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. We had a very pleasant stay at Olga Hill Resorts. The stay was lovely, loved the breakfast which was included. Very courteous, helpfull and kind staff. Great customer service. Nice and clean accomodations. The location of the hotel is great and close to everything. Very easy to check in. Huge shout out to Danny, Avani and Vipin. Highly recommended!!! Waking up to the sound of birds and watching the sunrise from our balcony was the highlight of each day.||The food was another delight--authentic Kerala flavors, freshly prepared and served with care. Extremely disappointing experience. I recently stayed at this resort, and unfortunately, it was far from the relaxing getaway I had hoped for. There was no electricity for a significant amount of time, and to make matters worse, there was no proper power backup system in place. Basic amenities and service quality that one would expect from a resort were completely lacking. Most of the staff, including the manager, were unresponsive and seemed indifferent to the issues we were facing. It felt like the only priority for them was extracting money from guests rather than providing decent service. That said, a special thanks to Thanmay, one of the staff members, who was the only person who stepped up and helped us late at night to fix the electricity problems. His dedication stood out in an otherwise poor experience. Overall, I cannot recommend this place and would advise others to consider better alternatives unless the management takes serious steps to improve both their facilities and staff responsiveness.
