I recently booked a room at your property for three members, paying 6,000. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory, and I am highly disappointed with the service and facilities provided. Despite the positive reviews online, my stay did not meet even basic expectations. Here are the key issues I faced: 1. Swimming Pool Hygiene - The pool had an unpleasant smell, similar to cow dung, making it unusable. 2. Unclean Rooms - The rooms were not cleaned properly upon check-in (photos attached). 3. Food Quality - The food provided was inadequate. While I was offered a complimentary dinner after raising concerns about the swimming pool, it does not justify the overall poor service. 4. Broken and Unclean Fridge - The fridge in the room was dirty and broken, adding to the inconvenience. I would appreciate a prompt response explaining why these issues occurred despite the claims made in your listings. If the advertised services cannot be maintained, misleading details should not be provided.

Stay was Delightful. From the moment we arrived, they haven't disappointed us anywhere. The rooms were impeccably clean and beautifully appointed, creating a truly relaxing atmosphere. The service was exceptional - the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The breakfast was great. Chole Batura and dosa was yumm. They have 2 bar attached both AC & budget friendly version. Overall, our stay at Nest n Mist was incredibly comfortable and enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a relaxing and memorable experience.

Stopped here for a quick lunch. The service is too slow. Only one person was there to take order, serve, get the bill etc. The food here was also not good.

Spoke to them over phone by 8:00 pm for an early morning check in next day and I was informed that the price is Rs.4000 even though the online price was less than 3000. On reaching they mentioned that only the next category room which costs Rs.5500 is available and hence went for it. Had a sesame oil like smell in the rrrom which later got solved by keeping the balcony door open for sometime. Rooms are almost fine with a large size A/c. Mini bar had only material for Tea/Coffee. Others had to be ordered separately. Complimentary breakfast consisted of Idli along with Chammanthi & Sambar, Poori with Potatoe, Coffee in flask and eggs as per order.The day I been there, meals wasn't available. Biriyani was good enough. Besides the guybwith whom I made the checkin, the hospitality of the staffs were quite welcoming. The passage to the pool needs about 100 steps down which is a bit tough tough while going back to room. The showers near the pool didn't seem functional. The pool have some privacy due to its location.

Not a proper restaurant for a lunch dinning in. It took almost 45mins to get served...

I recently stayed at Nest N Mist and had an exceptional experience. Excellent staff, clean rooms, and delicious food. Highly Recommend!

I have stayed here on 2 separate occasions and my stay was comfortable. The rooms are very clean and the wash rooms are well maintained. There are many view points that are accessible by car with a day trip from here. This is 4 star and they also have a bar in their premises.
