Attended Function in the Mini Hall. Nice area to host a small function having 150-200 peoples. River view side is so breezy and calm

its ok for the rent charging . no restaurants attached . breakfast serves at 9 am only

Good service by Uttham. Well behaved front office staff. Best rooms I've seen so far in Tirur! But an advice that 'Kaapi' is heat and tea is better - for the lack of availability of coffee could have been availability

Quaint hotel, not overtly luxurious, but does the basics well enough. The rooms are decent for the price - some of the upholstery could be better, but it's not dirty - just a little dated. The view from the river facing rooms are beautiful, as long as you don't look too closely at the waste on the river. That's not the hotel's fault though - just people littering. During the rains it's a lot more pleasant, and the uninstructed view of the shore opposite lined with coconut trees along its bank are quintessential Kerala. The hotel is walking distance from most places that are important. Meals can also be ordered at the room from one of the best restaurants in Tirur called "Sabka". All in all - an excellent value for money property, which will reward a proper expectation for the price you're paying.

Nice and beautiful residence at riverside. Calm and quiet ambience with necessary exclusion from the unwanted noises of town. Easy to reach and enough parking. AC and Non-AC rooms available. The conference hall accommodates hundred persons. Suitable for small gatherings.

Attended a birthday function in the hall in the ground floor. Nice and spacious hall for small gatherings. The balcony facing the river is an advantage.

Attended the district conference of the KSEB Officers Association. Nice AC conference hall on the ground floor. 150PAX. Maintained neat and clean. Nice river view on the back side of the hall.
