Barbarous behavior Today morning 03-02-2024 i visited this hotel... The long distance from home town to Tirur (300 km ) I have to start my journey from 11 pm last day I searched hotel to have my breakfast, unfortunately found PSN Hotel Tirur.. Before having food, its my habit to brush my teeth..I brushed my teeth in washing area within 20 seconds . For this reason the hotel ower refused to have food and banished my from his hotel.. Why do hotels need washrooms and toilets ???? Shame

Since many years i m staying here , very bad service started recently, mosquitos won't let u to sleep for a second , no coil or mosquito repellent available anywhere, if power gone in ur room, u will b in hell !! Nobody will come even u shouted for any emergency! Nothing they are giving for high price I won't suggest ! Very bad service we got , not worth for money,

Worst lodging and service I ever seen... A person (self calling maneger) behaviour not good with customer also not having trust on guest, again and again asking for rent also checking rooms. Charge is High bt service like house keeping, water not provided..... Clearly telling go for another hotel u will get best service compare to this hotel

Worst service and unprofessional dealing with customers. No power backup. No towel. No drinking water. No soap or any washroom things. If you don't want a worst experience please don't choose this residency
