Good service, very affordable rent for 24 hours with free breakfast also. The attitude of all staffs was great

Good, calm, cool place. Stayed for a day with family. Shri.Parameswaran was very helpful in suggesting the room and guiding me all through. Hotel staff were helpful. Arranged vehicle for my trip to Ponnani and back. Altogether, a good place to stay with family

I had a 5-hour rest there between journeys. The rooms were already full, but since I only needed a few hours, they managed to get one for me. The room we initially got had an issue with the light; it couldn't be turned off due to a problem with the switch. However, they managed to give us another room, which was good

An awesome stay in tirur town with great service from the staff. I checked different hotels in tirur town and they were charging too much for an ac room which doesn't had any standards. Grace residency was the only hotel I finally took after seeing their room. They are providing breakfast also. I'm recommending this hotel if you are staying in tirur. Only small problem was the cooling of the ac. Which wasn't good enough. Everything else was great.

Nice , Neat & Clean room with AC . Floral fragrance in the room & bathroom lifts the spirits after a tiresome long journey. Bath rooms are clean .Hot water available so had good bath and got refreshed for work. Ideal for travellers , tourists , marriage party and business travellers. Small works needed to give complete good look & Better feeling I recommend this hotel since I have found it good . Ambience 4 Cleanliness 4 Location 5 Nearby good hotels are there + room service is also there.

The rooms were not very clean. They had either cockroaches or spiders. It wasn't a good bed or pillow. I had a bad neck pain. With a baby this wasn't a good place also.||||No breakfast service. ||||Other than the staff being helpful it wasn't a good stay but was told that this is the best place available at Tirur. It would be good atleast if the place is clean.

Good spacious neat and clean rooms. Breakfast options are limited. The place is very close to the railway station, just about one km. Overall I liked the place.
