Aurora Hotels and Resorts

We arrived late and where met by young man..Shanil...who was courteous and very helpful. Arranged late room service for us and took our bags up to our room. |The hotel is new and the restaurant is not open yet but they have a chef who offered to make both late dinner for us and breakfast. ||The morning reception staff were also helpful as were the young men who came to clean our room and helped with luggage.|| An excellent find away from the noise of central Kochi but accessible by taxi and efficient metro system.

I had a very nice stay at Aurora Hotels and Resorts. The hotel is very clean, and the design is simple but elegant. My room was comfortable, with a large bed, a TV, and a clean bathroom. The staff was always friendly and willing to help. I had a peaceful and comfortable stay, and I would love to come back again.

My family and I stayed at the hotel for two days, and it was a wonderful experience. The serene atmosphere allowed us to relax completely, away from traffic and noise. The employees,especially jasil and shenil,who served us food, were exceptionally polite and attentive. They would be a great asset to the hotel. I hope the hotel maintains this high standard.
