I recently stayed at Mangala Towers and had a pleasant experience overall. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with all the essential amenities. The place has nice AC halls. Went for an engagement here, and they arranged the whole function and on top of it they arranged traditional kerala sadhya. Really nice and amazing tasty sadhya. The staff was really cooperative and was really helpful. The parking spaces were also adequate. The hotel is at a prime location. Overall it was a really nice experience and a big thumbs to the management
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. I was traveling with my two kids and this is the perfect place to stay with family. Clean rooms and bathrooms with many facilities. Breakfast was also good. The chef has prepared us a special homemade food for the kids. Worth the price. Thank you hotel Mangala management.
I just want to review the executive Bar. I have never ever in recent times had such a worst experience. An executive bar is playing News Debate in full volume. I asked to change to some music channel. Requested them 2 times, but they did not change. Ambience matters. We come to have a peaceful atmosphere and one would never want to watch some news channel debates. Worst experience so far.
I stayed in this hotel on 26-Dec-2024 & 27-Dec-2024 along with my family. We booked two double-bed rooms. Stay was very comfortable with good view of Thrissur from window. They provided complimentary breakfast which was very delicious and suitable for kids & elder people as well. I'm planning to stay agin in this hotel on my next visit as well.
Check out was very rude. When we asked for proof for early checkout, Mr. Wilson , he is general manager , he is saying there is no proof. Check with agoda. He didn't talk properly, very rude and shouting at top of his lungs that too with a customer. When we asked for proof, he didn't give an answer. Poor internal systems and controls. That shows the state of affairs. Very rude behavior of Mr. Wilson. Mr. eldrin, the receptionist was very good, and he also understood our query. He can be a general manager. Wilson is not good enough to communicate with a customer, being a so-called general manager. Management pls think thru who can be your general manager. We didn't find him to be one the way he reacted with us as a customer. You have lost one customer, and with this behavior, certainly many more. Zip Spree group, pls check on your training . If this is your tie-up and engagement with a customer, we certainly are dissatisfied. Edited - Well, asking for a refund and denial due to hotel policy is very common, and that alone wasn't the case. Since it was a medical emergency, we had to check out a day prior. I do not expect you to understand our issues. The problem arose with your manager when he refused to provide a bill for our stay plus food. This is not the first time we have been using a third-party site to book our rooms. All the hotels have provided us with a proper bill, which you failed to provide even on mail. Shouting your customers for asking a bill? And you state a personal harassment? Seems a joke The facts mentioned by you are incorrect , we had asked for bill to raise claim on agoda . The facts captured in review comments are clearly mentioned about the customer service that was provided by general manager Mr. Wilson, additionally why such a delayed response to a customer comment. There was no harassment from our end , Mr. Wilson was behaving rudely when we asked for a bill and process followed when somebody exits the hotel. So capture your facts properly. Additionally Mr Wilson's behavior is reported earlier also. There is no personal harassment, it is a clear state of your manager not behaving well with the customers, this is not first and last feedback. Many have said in past also. Additionally when somebody checkout early and proof of checkout needs to be updated with online portal. So you have conveniently created a problem for us as customers.
Hi All, This is my personal experience when I visited the place in Jan 2025. The rooms where filthy, there wasn't any water in the toilets. Changed rooms 2 times still the same issues persisted. There was some maintenance work going on and still they refused to acknowledge the fact. I would never suggest for business people / family.
Very calm and quite hotel in the heart of the city. Good food at reasonable price. Very friendly staffs. Really memorable stay.
