White Palace Hotel

Stayed for 3 days a fortnight ago and to sum up in a line: I enjoyed the stay. Right from stepping into the room, which was large and with a subtle, fresh, welcoming fragrance to having an early checkout with a request to block in case I come back, my experience had been 100% positive. The room was fresh (as mentioned earlier) and so were the linens - there was a nice, fresh smell to it reminiscent of my childhood! The bathroom, in addition to being well maintained, was clean and dry which is very important to me. Everything else was standard fare and it just worked. The staff was another highlight - everyone worked to ensure I had a pleasant stay, be it the security outside to help me with parking in front of the hotel as against the basement since my usage was high or be it the waitresses at restaurant Jalapeno - shout out to Anita for being the epitome of how a server should be in the hospitality industry. The food was amazing too! Room service was very polite and professional. The hotel comes with a bar attached which I did visit on a couple occasion and found it to be useful. The location is also kinda nice as it is very close to the main railway station and at a walking distance from the famous Vadukkanathan Shiva temple. Overall, a very enjoyable stay. This has now become my go-to hotel in Thrissur and the next time I am there, this is where I will be!

I booked a 2-day single occupancy accommodation at White Palace for my official travel. The room was good, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. As per my company's original booking, breakfast was included, but since I was fasting for Ramadan, I requested the reception staff to replace breakfast with dinner. Without any hesitation, they assured me they would check with the restaurant team. Within a few minutes of entering my room, the reception staff informed me that my request had been approved. This thoughtful gesture of excellent customer care truly made my stay more comfortable. I sincerely appreciate the front office staff and the restaurant team for their kindness and support. We visited this hotel restaurant about a month ago, and unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. The staff were not well-behaved and showed a lack of professionalism in their service. Even the manager displayed the same attitude, which made us feel unwelcome. The overall experience was unpleasant due to the staff's behavior, and we have decided not to visit again. Good service and hospitality are essential in the hospitality industry, and unfortunately, this restaurant fell short.

Cozy, comfortable stay .. Ambience is too good... Walkable distance to Vadakkumnathan temple.. Delicious food.. Friendly staff.. Rooms are spacious ..Only thing is AC cooling could have been better.. Overall experience was excellent ..

The White Palace Hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Thrissur, within walking distance of the iconic Vadakkunnathan Temple. The room was well-maintained, spacious, and the linens were clean and fresh, making for a comfortable stay.||A highlight for us was the delightful Santa surprise for the kids, which added a festive touch to our visit. However, the food was a letdown, especially for a hotel in Kerala. The parotta wasn't done well, and the veg pulao lacked any vegetables, which was disappointing.||Since it was just an overnight stay, I'd say it was overall good, but the food experience could have been much better.

Everytime I travel to Thrissur, I stay at the White Palace. The rooms are clean, the staff is efficient and very friendly and ensure your stay is comfortable. The food is lip smacking as well. Located very close to the Paramekkavu temple and the Vadakkumnathan temples.

Excellent service ,The rooms were superb, neat and clean, Value for money.Food was excellent.The restaurant staff was very polite and friendly ,especially Jiji . She assists us with every detail in the restaurant.The front office staff were also cooperative and was exceptional with their superb service, especially Nidhin ..Overall the stay was excellent..

This is a very good hotel, centrally located in Thrissur and close to the main attraction - the Vadakkunatham Temple. While the access to the hotel is rather cramped the hotel itself is very clean and well equipped.|The iconic Bharath cafe is less than 50 metres away. The cafe serves exceptionally sumptuous fare and worth the potentially longish wait for a table. The Thrissur ring road is a short walk away as are other famous temples.
