Excellent Experience at Welcome Hotel I recently stayed at Welcome Hotel, and I was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service and hospitality! Friendly and courteous staff, The lady staff were particularly warm and welcoming. The owner's attention to detail and care for guests were evident throughout our stay. Helpful room boy,The room boy was always ready to assist with any needs. Clean and comfortable rooms,The rooms were spotless and well-maintained Overall Experience: Given the excellent service and amenities, I would rate my stay 5/5. The staff's dedication to providing a comfortable and enjoyable experience truly made our stay memorable. I highly recommend Welcome Hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay. The staff's kindness and attention to detail make it a standout choice!

I had booked this hotel for a one-night stay, but unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. When I woke up in the morning to take a shower, there was no water in the room. I reported the issue to the reception, but it took them almost an hour to resolve it. Even after the water supply was restored, there was no hot water available. To make matters worse, I was asked to manage with a bucket of water brought in from a nearby hotel--an unacceptable solution given the circumstances. Despite the inconvenience and discomfort caused, no compensation or discount was offered. Additionally, the booking platforms mention that the property has an elevator, but there was none. The room also lacked windows, making it feel closed off and poorly ventilated. Overall, the stay did not meet expectations, and I wouldn't recommend this property based on my experience.

From the moment we checked in, everything went downhill The room was nothing like the pictures--filthy, congested and poorly maintained. Staff was unhelpful, and treated us like an inconvenience.. The bed had stains, the bathroom was moldy.. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.. It felt more like a nightmare than a convenient stay.. I left feeling more stressed than when I arrived.. This hotel turned our trip into a disaster....Below is the photo of the room we stayed. Appears good in pictures but no space to even stand properly.. But still they charged us 1500rs for this tiny space..

Our family had an amazing one-night stay at Welcomhotel. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and excellent service. A special mention to the two ladies at the reception who were exceptionally professional, friendly, and helpful, making our check-in and overall experience seamless.

Very bad experience during the stay. I stayed here for a night. The staff called me after the check out telling that the bed cover is stained and needs to be given for acid wash and demanded Rs 500 extra above the Room charges of Rs 1800. The pic of the stain is attached. It was actually the colour of a wrap of bathing soap. As it was wet the color spread on the bed cover. I obliged to pay and done google pay of Rs 600/-.( though they asked only 500/-) considering the inconvenience caused. When I asked for the bill ... they said they cannot provide any bill for this...( This was what shocked me....) The Final say is this is not a good place to stay... As I have all the details of the UPI payments made.... I ll anyways follow up and update... is the management of the hotel aware of what is happening.... God knows Not necessary all should have such bad experience....

Clean and Neat rooms near thrissur round, The staffs there are very polite and descent. they have ample space for car parking too.

We booked this hotel with early check in confirmed by hotel staff the very previous evening, however upon reaching they just denied the room by saying hotel is fully booked. Felt extremely stressed, the staff was extremely unprofessional and not helpfull at all even after knowing we were woman at an early hour and will find it extremely difficult to find an option at such hr and last minute. I would never recommend this to anyone at all. pathetic

Nice neat and clean. Cheap rate too. But there is no display board on the main road by which we had to circle three times to locate it. I informed the person concerned in this tegard
