The hotel is located in excellent location near to all shops and activities. I stayed in presidential Suite which had very good city view. When we arrived the toilet was not clean properly but after talking to staff special GM and other staff they immediately rectified the problem. All staff in this hotel were excellent. The hotel has great location to make few improvements. The breakfast was mainly cater for Indian customers but after talking to catering manager we were given options. Good value for money and great staff who's make you feel your always welcome

This is the first time that I regret there is no negative stars. I would like to give -100 rating to this hotel. I had made the booking around 2 months back and was continuously in touch regarding my travel updates. The day I was going to check in was also informed and got the confirmation from the staff. On the say of checking i personally called the hotel and informed them that I am on my way and will be reaching within two hours. Once I reached in front of the hotel I saw the road condition was very bad and it was not even possible to get out of the car. I had my family with me. I called the hotel reception and told them I am waiting in front of your hotel and you need to let me know the way to get into the hotel. I thought they would suggest an alternative way or make some arrangements for us to get inside the hotel. But to the shock of my life the staff came to us and just said there is no other way to get in the hotel and we have walk through the dirty road. I had my aged mother with me and it was impossible for her to walk through that path and get into the hotel. But the staff was not concerned and just left. We had no other option and left to find another hotel. Luckily we found one with few meters. Only if the hotel staff would have informed us about this issue I would made some arrangements. But these people were not concerned. This shows how unprofessional they are. I urge to all do not visit this hotel even if this is the last hotel in the kerala.

5 - Star? More Like "No - Star" Luxury... Ah, the 5 - star experience -- Let's start with the thoughtful touches - no mats, no wastebasket, and a bathroom door that generously opens right into your bed. Because who doesn't want a live view of the toilet while trying to relax? We were two people, but toiletries were provided for only one. May be they expected us to share a toothbrush too? Need a plate? Silly me!!!! I forgot that 5 star hotels pride themselves on not providing one if you are eating outside food. Hospitality at its finest, right? No tap in the toilet, nowhere to hang your towel, no place to keep your soap. It's like they challenged themselves to remove every basic amenity possible. And the cherry on top? Rude customer service that really drives home that "you're not welcome" vibe. Truly a masterclass in how not to run a hotel. If you are into paying for discomfort and attitude, this is your dream destination.. When we arrived, road work was going on and we couldn't even access the hotel with our vehicle. Had to park at a pay & park nearby and walk all the way to the hotel. Ofcourse one security helped us with our luggages. Thats the only plus point i could say. Because of this mess, they have reduced their rates on all online booking apps..but don't fall for that trap. It's just a discounted disaster. Definitely not worthy of even 3 stars, let alone 5.

While booking didn't inform the inconvenience about road as there was work going on. It was difficult for us for commute. Rooms were dusty and not clean as expected. Only breakfast was ok.

I had a disappointing experience at this 5-star hotel, and I would rate it only 3 stars. The booking site mentioned a mini fridge as part of the amenities, but the hotel did not provide one. Basic complimentary items were also lacking there were no shaving kits, and they provided only a small 500ml bottle of mineral water. Despite booking a room for two people, they only supplied a dental kit for one. Additionally, when I requested plates and glasses, they refused, stating that these are only provided if food is ordered from the hotel.||To get plates and glasses, I ordered two Kerala porottas, but I was shocked to see the price 50 for a single porotta, which turned out to be a tiny "coin porotta." It was nowhere near worth the price, especially considering that even 4-star hotels charge around 30 for a proper-sized porotta that is filling for one person. This level of overpricing and poor service does not reflect a true 5-star standard. The lack of attention to guest comfort and misleading information about amenities made for a very poor experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting real luxury.|

A/ c was very poor and automatically cut off and we need to switch on again. So sleeping was terrible during this summer . Night we wake up 2 or 3 times to switch on the ac. Staffs are very friendly and cooperative.

I recently enjoyed a week-long stay at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed. The service was excellent, and the reception staff were consistently kind, polite, and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and welcoming experience.

It is right by the town. Accessible. Scanty crowd. Servers are ok but pretty unenthusiastic; I understand its a job, but a smile wouldn't hurt, would it. :) The food is basic and coffee is terrible. The toilets are okish clean but they don't keep tissues in the hand wash area. I brought it to their notice and they still didn't show much interest in filling it up. So check it out before you get your hands wet. ;D If you don't care much for environment and warmth, this place is just ok for the money.
