Sona Hotel

Stayed for a day. Was extremely happy. Large rooms, very clean, modern and large bathrooms. Good Air-conditioning. But this is a lodging place only and no restaurant. Yet, it's very convenient. There is a Brahmin veg hotel across the road with very good food open from 7.30 AM to 9.30 PM who even deliver to your room. And with swiggy available round the clock, you get to order whatever you want directly to your room. Hotel provided plates. Very well behaved and friendly staff. In the heart of the city with great connectivity by auto or Uber. A small issue is that since it's on M G Road, there's a bit of traffic sound coming in from the roads. And parking is a but tight. Apart from that, it was very comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

Average experience at Sona Hotel. The service was good, and the room and toilet were clean. However, I was disappointed that basic amenities like toothbrush and toothpaste were not provided. Additionally, breakfast was not included, which was a surprise. Considering the room tariff of 2200, I felt it was overpriced for the services provided. Not worth the money.

We directly booked 2 rooms via calling the reception and while check-in they were not ready to provide rooms booked saying that they are fully booked. Receptionist was saying that never said rooms are available & After showing them the proofs they allocated another room and charged more than what we booked for. Rooms are really spacious but not properly maintained and we couldn't lock the room door. This was a 2 bhk type connected rooms. Main door was okay and we couldn't lock the room doors.

This isn't even a proper hotel i would say. They dont even have a service boy, no intercoms, etc. Just a lodge. I had to come down three floors to fetch bath towels which wasn't provided in the room. The payment was to be made in advance. Dental kits were not provided and waste bins also. Very poor service

The biggest mistake I made was not taking a picture of this place... Lovely rooms .. really spacious and beautifully planned rooms... But the beds were rock hard... Affordable stay in a very refined ambience

Stayed at Sona Hotel for a night. The room was good and clean, and the location was perfect on the main street. The staff at night was helpful, and looked after our small requests even when we arrived late in the evening.

Very bad experience with Enquiry and Reception

Would be giving a five star if the ac room is provided with a fan too. But over all nice room and clean toilet
