Service are good. They make the place worth the superlative experience. Management is friendly talk to me. I just love for attitude.very caring working staff.The resort manager was expecially attentive .

Nice ambiance. Rooms were spacious and spotless with great decor. The staff were attentive. Calm atmosphere. Overall such a wonderful place for a comfortable stay with an affordable rent..We look forward to coming back...sweet memories...

Me and my family enjoyed our short stay of 2 night and a day at skyrail resort very much. Clean and tidy atmosphere, Room service was impeccable.staff was very much courteous and polite. Food was very tasty and special, with a mix of tradition and of continental touch. Overall experience was awesome. With no hesitation I would would give 5/5 rating. One thing I love the most about this resort is the scenic beauty, it is truly incomparable. With a beautiful backwater pasing behind the premises.

We had an Onam Celebration party at the resort. The atmosphere at the resort was good. The view of the backwaters was a nice. It is a best place to organise a birthday party, family get together, college or school reunion party, business meet, marriage reception, etc.. within the city limits. The rooms are good and clean. Overall I had a good opinion about the resort. Since it is a developing resort... lot more changes and facilities are yet to come. So it will be the best and price affordable resort in the near future. Thank you for your lovely service and pleasant atmosphere

The staff entered in our room in our absence. They entered to do plumbing work which they should have done before giving the room. They didn't even inform us. They left the room door wide open. When we returned we realised it. When we asked about the open door the fellow on the reception counter said no one entered in the room. Then we asked for the CCTV footage. They denied and after a week I got a message from the same fellow for food bill when I confronted him about the incident he accepted that he allowed the plumber to go and check the water connection in our absence and without our permission. Thankfully as we were traveling for a week no valuables were there in the room. Now he is ready to give me the CCTV footage because he wants me to clear the bill. That I will clear anyways but if you are concerned about your safety please don't book this place. The rooms are really good and the room service guy was decent.

Worst service, no food served there, staff behavior very bad, will not recommend to any one

It was a good experience staying there. I came for a wedding program and they have done it very nicely. The staff were very nice and the rooms were comfortable. It is a good place to go to get the experience of a peaceful place.

Excellent service. Safe for kids, Good kids zone enjoyed well , Provid excellent services. Its already great keep it up.
