Went for a family function and had my extended family along. And trust me this place was even better than what we imagined. The rooms were neat and clean spacious with all the required amenities. The staff was super helpful and friendly. The only complaint is the nightclub on the top. With all that loud music playing right above your head it makes it a bit hard to fall asleep if you are an early sleeper as it closes around 11pm. The staff on the reception were thoroughly professional lending a helping hand at every possible step. The food was so so...won't recommend eating at the place. One other thing that's a bit different is that they serve beef at the place which isn't common in North Indian hotels..but this being Kerala I guess it's normal for them to serve beef. Overall it's a simple well maintained and clean hotel in the city of Trichur.

The front desk was courteous & helpful. Had a decent stay. The room was clean & neat. Their resto bar ambience & food was good. Ample parking space.

Stayed there for a night, and it was a very pleasant experience. The hotel is located very next to a main road and has plenty of open parking available within the compound. The front desk guys were really friendly and professional. They even helped us with early check-in. The tall guy (forgot to ask his name) especially had a pleasant smile on his face, and he was amazing. The room we got appeared as designed for elders, and that was really good as I had my parents with me. It was spacious and clean. The foot mat in the bathroom was looking a bit bad with stains but was still washed and fresh. One nice thing I noticed was a kid's peep hole on the door, which was placed in the lower half. Pic attached for reference :) The restaurant only had Chinese food and breads like Porotta and Chapati they didn't have normal meals that had rice. So we had to go out. The place being on a main road, finding a place for that is not a problem at all. Complimentary breakfast was OK. Just three or 4 items to choose from, out of which only 2 were cooked hot food. It was tasty, nothing to complain about. Will surely recommend the place to anyone any day.

Pros Accessible location Decent food. Food options nearby New property and clean rooms Cons Small and badly designed rooms. Interior work is done using low quality materials and already seeing wear and tear. Mayabay restaurant seems to be pulling crowd, but service is slow. Staffs need training badly on customer service. Most of the folks seem to be new to business. AC needs maintenance, found the vent to be dusty. In short not worth for the amount you are paying.

The hotel and staff was good, room was clean and well maintained. Bar at 4th floor was nice place to have drinks in Thrissur, It was different than other bars in Thrissur. But as we think about Kerala, we think about greenery, I suggest Hotel management to plant trees and add some horticulture. Overall everything was good.

I visited the Mayabay restobar, its cauzy ambience and wide variety of cocktails. The side dishes are tasty and very portion is worth for the cost. The seating is not on booking basis but based on first come first serve. Overall a good ambience
