We recently celebrated our son's baptism reception at Park Inn & Suites by Radisson Thrissur East Fort, and we could not have asked for a more seamless, thoughtful, and heartwarming experience--thanks especially to Ashna, the Banquet Coordinator.||From our very first interaction, Ashna went above and beyond to ensure every detail of the event was meticulously planned and executed. Her dedication, professionalism, and genuine care were evident throughout the entire process. She not only made sure our guests had a memorable time but also personally saw to it that every little detail was taken care of--something that truly sets her apart.||Originally, we had planned the baptism for April 23rd, but due to a medical emergency, we had to reschedule. This was an incredibly stressful time for us, but Ashna and Joms, the F&B Manager, handled the situation with so much empathy and flexibility. They helped us move the event to the following week without any additional costs or complications. Their understanding and kindness brought us real peace of mind during a difficult time.||When the rescheduled day finally came, the event was flawlessly executed. The food, curated with great thought and care by Executive Chef Manoj, was simply exceptional and received countless compliments from our guests. Sony, the Front Manager, also played a crucial role in ensuring everything ran smoothly on the day.||As a family living abroad and having hosted events in many places, we can honestly say that the level of service and hospitality we received at Park Inn & Suites by Radisson Thrissur East Fort was truly world-class. As a newer property (just a few months old), everything feels fresh and modern. But what truly sets it apart is the incredible staff. Their warmth and dedication were evident in every interaction, making our stay smooth, comfortable, and genuinely memorable. The rooms are spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed--perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Thrissur. And the food? Simply outstanding. The local breakfast options were a delicious introduction to Kerala's rich flavors, and the dinner menu was equally impressive. It's clear they have a talented chef in the kitchen!

Mostly Positive Experience at Park Inn & Suites by Radisson Thrissur. I recently hosted a family gathering at Park Inn & Suites by Radisson Thrissur, and overall, it was a great experience. The food was excellent, and the interior was impressive. The chef and Ms. Ashna were particularly helpful and courteous. However, there were a few areas for improvement. Some staff members weren't as helpful as others, and we had to scramble for chairs and batteries for the cordless microphones. Additionally, the security team didn't seem to prioritize parking, which was a bit concerning. Despite these issues, I'd still recommend Park Inn & Suites by Radisson Thrissur for its food and amenities. With a bit more attention to detail and staff training, it could be an even better experience.

Clean and comfy hotel at the heart of city Thrissur We had a wonderful event in the charming Hotel ParkInn Radisson. Gently refurbished, preserving the old art deco details and yet with a fresh and up-to-date feel. Very clean and lots of space for parking too Family gathering event for Birthday functions, well designed and they maintain the room temperature too. Was lucky to be a part of an event Wonderfull choice of menu and great dishes to suit every diet. Kind, pleasing, friendly staff and great value for money. Right in the heart of city centre, ParkInn Suits rocks

The conference room was well-organized, with all the necessary equipment including projectors, microphones, and high-speed Wi-Fi. The environment was quiet and perfect for focused discussions. The catering was another highlight--delicious food with a variety of options, and the service was prompt and courteous. Overall, a great venue for business events. I would definitely recommend this hotel for corporate meetings or conferences."

Absolutely loved my stay at Park Inn & Suites by Radisson Thrissur East Fort! The rooms were clean, modern, and very comfortable. The staff were warm, professional, and went out of their way to make my stay pleasant. The location is convenient, with easy access to the city and nearby attractions. Great place to have stay. Clean and hygienic rooms. On request twin bed was given and they have a good buffet breakfast. Live dosa and poori was served at table. Comfortable and nice stay with all staffs are good and helping. Rooms given on 4th floor and silent place to stay
