Neelambari Ecotourism

An absolutely brilliant place to stay in the quaint village of Arattupuzha. Walking distance from the famous Arattupuzha temple and the river. Two entrances. Ample parking. 12 beautiful well appointed traditional style cottages. A common restaurant. Lots of places to do events. Lush green spaces all round. The food is just great and the service mind blowing. The rooms themselves are awesome, spacious well maintained and made more beautiful by the mural paintings inside. Completely recommend.

This place is set in a lovely, relaxing tropical environment. We spent a memorable couple of nights here. There are a number of activities available for exploring the idyllic surroundings. We chose the evening boat ride with walk round the village, a yoga class, a full body massage and a cookery class. All were excellent. We also took a wander along the river bank after lunch. We enjoyed learning about the Gita Govindam and looking at all the murals Our hosts and staff were all intent on ensuring we had a good time.

We came to Neelambari resort for 4 nights, and it definitely was an extraordinary experience for us. The resort have the exact balance between authenticity and comfort stay. The whole staff was so committed to be part of our experience and let us have the best there is to offer. The food was probably the best we had in india, and we had. Sreeni was an amazing host, took care of everything and at the same time, very dedicated to the village and the community, and for us it made a difference, to feel for few days, part of a community, an ordinary life in Kerala. We would definitely visit again, and highly recommend the place.

The place was nice for get together. The food provided was very good. We gathered in their hall and played games among us.|| But I would recommend suggesting some outdoor activities for the guest like cycling or badminton and spots to cover. we walked outside the property for the riverview and it was very nice.

Set amongst small plantations of banana, coconut and so much more, boutique resort Neelambari provides comfortable lodging and warm hospitality within an area rich in biodiversity and an age old cultural history.||The team was very welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. Meera's mastery of South Indian cuisine ensured a delicious and unique experience at every meal. And I learned much about the area and its people from chats with Sreeni and Saju. ||Altogether an excellent and much appreciated experience.

Thank you for this wonderful stay in your beautiful resort! We had a bike and boating tour with you, a wonderful morningwalk in your nice village and a walking tour through the interesting village. The cooking class with Meera was very nice and delicious (like all the food), I even got the recipies by mail, so I'm planning to make this at home. We had luncheon at Neelambari Resort and went there not expecting it be so fabulous. i Calm and quiet tucked away in Thrissur town, it's a refreshing break from the hustle and bustle of the city. Service was key and it was awesome to see the staff coming and ensuring that all of us were comfortable. My niece and husband stayed there for a night too. Food was very homely. The tree top was very impressive too. The only thing that could be looked into was the flies swarming when we sat out for lunch. Rest all good.

A wonderful stay in a gorgeous place that is making an inspirational contribution to a resurgence of tge cultural and artistic life of Kerela . Staff were kind and attentive and our lives were enriched by staying here. |I very much recommend it
