Navya 18 Rooms

Rooms are clean, housekeeper doing are good job. For business trip, need to stay 2 weeks in this hotel. Staff are polite and helpful. Restaurant is below itself. But need to pay separately, it will not included in the hotel bill. Location is good, nearby attractions are zoo, church, temple

We stayed at this property for just a night. The room was decently good. But the service offered by the receptionist was disappointing and UNWELCOMING. We checked in late at half passed eleven. We were 3 in number and wanted an extra bed but the receptionist was trying to convince us to sleep in the double bed already provided. We had to insist him to provide us with an entra bed. We had to then wait for more than half an hour for him to install the bed in our room. The rooms are of good space and properly maintained. The breakfast was also an disappointing factor as the menu was very limited and the behaviour of the staffs was also UNWELCOMING. The location of this property is the best. My only request to the management is to train their employees to be more welcoming as well as to treat the customers with a smile rather than force them in any manner. Updated on 13/08/2023 I'm delighted to share an updated review of this hotel. After my previous less-than-ideal experience, I decided to give it another chance, and I'm pleasantly surprised by the improvements I noticed. The customer service has definitely stepped up, and the staff's behavior was outstanding this time around. It's refreshing to see a place that takes feedback seriously and makes positive changes. Keep up the good work, and I'll be more than happy to recommend this hotel now based on the positive turnaround!

Recently in May we stayed at Navya 18. Had a very good experience, the best were the Staff for the Hotel and Restaurant you do not get in many places. Rooms are well maintained easy access as it is right at the main junction, Food at the resturant for lunch/Dinner is v good. But needs improvement in the varieties for Morning Breakfast.

The room is at the center of town. The rooms are clean, sleek, and modern. They are providing the rooms at reasonable rates. The hotel comes with an excellent restraunt and bakery. You literally doesnt wanna go anywhere else if you are new in town!

I recently stayed at the hotel, and the experience was far from satisfactory. The washroom was average maintained. *Additionally, they have started maintanance early in the morning around 4:00 AM which caused us disturbances in the sleep*. Overall, it was a disappointing stay, and I would not recommend this hotel to others.

Hotel is just ok and clean to stay. But the service from the staff is very poor. Doesn't provide much needed drinking water for the guest. The arcade has the restaurant but they didn't provide the room service. This is absolutely very sad for some family guests. Especially must provide drinking water properly. They're charging 20 per liter for water. Most of us we're taking drinking water from out side. A five star level Hotel must provide such good kind of service like everything, because they're charging a huge amount from yhe guests. One think is better that they're providing breakfast that is already included in the hotel room rent. That's ok. But you must be update that for each days. Must include non veg aslo. Providing only vegetable breakfast. That's very poor. The air conditioning is very poor. Providing less cool performance. In our opinion we're totally disappointed for the last few days. You'll be must polite and provide such kind of good service for the guest especially tea small refrigerator for each rooms.

Neat and hygienic rooms. Situated at the prime location. Bed mattress should be better, it is hollowing inside. Room has TV, fan, A.C. cupboards, table and chair. They provide water bottle and toiletries. Toilet flush is not adequate takes time to fill back. Otherwise ok. Rooms get lot of noise. At 11pm. Next to my room some bachelor's were talking loudly and I had to inform Reception to lower the voice to get some sleep.
