Mayura Inn

Last week we , a group of friends ,on way back from Thrissur, happen to have lunch from this hotel. Most of us who had egg biriyani had a pathetic condition of food poisoning. One of our friends had to be hospitalized due to severe nausea and fever. Kindly avoid visiting this hotel. Such hotels should be reported to the food and safety department for a thorough check.

One of the oldest testo and bar at Mannuthy but my recent visit was a disaster. Ordeted some kerala style chicken curry but it was tasting so bad. Also the place is not maintained and the staff behaviour is not friendly. Not worth for the money we paid.

Staff has not good behaviour. They did not listen properly. Room not good. Mirror is so dirty. No internet facility No epbx Two person provides only one towel. One water bottle. Extra charge will be charged. Corporate office staff ... always required advance money. They are not extend without money. My first experience in hotel. Worst money. Never come again in this hotel.

Very worst reception.. Rooms are very Dirty..

Only good thing is that it's located near the mannuthy high way in case if we are urgently going somewhere . We can go to this place and can have a beer . And the liquor is cheap compared to some other bars nearby but food is average .

Please don't book here very cunning people, I booked room on pooram day for 2k and when I reach for check in they demanded 4k double the charge ohh God , it's my first experience, I argued and they never listened, they didn't allow check in and I had to go , tht day I didn't get check in.luckly make my trip after my so many requests initiated money back which still I didn't received , so please don't book ur money and room will go , not worth of tht much money using festival how come they can demand more money when we already booked then what's concept of booking room

Worst bar service. There are no other staff to serve other customers. They are all busy with other customers. We waited like .45 minutes there. The staff didnt asked our needs. Wasted 45 minutes. Dont go there there are good quality ac and non ac bars nearby. We were in ac bar. Just go to the nearest bar named kallada and enjoy good services happy day

It's just a glorified lodge. While the staff aren't indecent, they didn't appear to be aware of the term customer service. No hot water available in the washroom. The whole place smells of cigarette smoking which would be quite nauseating for non smokers.
