Joys Palace

We recently arranged a technical session at the durbar hall of joys palace . And the event experience was outstanding. The hall well maintained and equipped with all the necessary audio visual facilities we needed for smooth event. The hotel staff was extremely supportive and responsive... From helping us with the setup to ensuring everything ran on schedule. The seating arrangement was comfortable, and the ambiance of the hall added a touch of elegance to the event. Highly recommend for conference, seminar or any formal gathering.

I had gone to attend my cousin's marriage reception here. The reception hall was quite luxurious and had ample lighting. The buffet spread was not that much great with the non veg menu having limited options. The veg options(in non veg buffet menu) they provided were bland. The hotel has a nice appealing lobby to spend time reading magazines, newspapers and others. As we had not stayed there, not reviewing on the rooms. Overall it's a good venue to conduct wedding reception.

Had housed guests who had arrived for my daughter's wedding in Arattupuzha in 40 rooms for 3 nights. The rooms were spacious and the service splendid. All my guests went back having enjoyed great hospitality. The hotel is ideally located at the center of Thrissur town. The food served was also excellent. Special shout out to Mithula & Siby at the front desk who took care our guests. The hotel management was very supportive to our needs too. All in all a very satisfying experience and I would strongly recommend the hotel to anyone who wishes to stay in Thrissur or house their guests. Dinesh Nair

One of the highlights was the breakfast, which was delicious and offered a good variety of options. The service was commendable; the staff was polite and attentive, making the stay pleasant. Additionally, the location is highly convenient, as it is situated close to the railway station and bus stand, making it easy to travel around. Overall, it's a good option for those seeking convenience and decent amenities at a reasonable price.

I don't know where to start, coz Joys is not just a hotel or a restaurant or a banquet hall or a place for a meeting or a perfect venue for your painting workshop! You name it and they have it all! I've been there so many times for such versatile needs and every time, it's been a pleasant experience. One thing that I love about them is the ample car parking space they have! Their security staff are also very polite and well behaved. Whether it's a wedding anniversary in our family or a dinner date, their restaurant is perfect! They have amazing food and even they help you organize parties for your loved once with cakes and balloons and all! It's my go to place to take all my loved ones and to make their special occasions more beautiful

Service here was very good. Especially at the restaurant Mr Deepu helped us in choosing the menu and was very cordial. Food served was of authentic taste. Kudos to the chef and the young lady at the restaurant who welcomed with her bright smile.

Every bite was a perfect balance of rich flavors and traditional essence, making it a truly memorable lunch. The attention to detail and passion for authentic cuisine were evident in every dish.
