Hotel Savera Park

Stayed there for a day. 8km away from pudukkad railway station. Bathroom doesn't have hot water available. Room service was poor. Rooms were neat and clean

First went their roof top bar good ambience at evening time and shared with friends.next tme went with gang of 10 at noon they told it will open by 5 pm only. Should say very dissapointed every friends are from long distance.. Very disappointing. Now i could not recomond for anyone. You should think of opening it morng time too.

Very good Hotel , situated at urakam,karuvannur. We booked this hotel as of it was near to the Resort where the Wedding of one of our colleague was organised . Had to say the room were neat and clean . The staffs were very polite and courteous. They made sure all our needs are met on time. They have very exotic looking Rooftop bar at the top , provides a chill vibe especially if your catching up with your old friends and collegues .

Rooms are well maintained and neat and clean. We stayed in Suite room, Rs 4000rs per day. Costly but worth it considering rooms. 24 hrs check in and check out timings. Good Hotel / restaurant bar is there which serves breakfast (150rs per person), lunch and dinner. Good customer service by waiter and staff inside restaurant. Try meals in lunch, it is good.

Checked into this hotel in the month of October 2024 . Book at your own risk. Pathetic response from staff. Receptionist Shameer very poor communication from him. Call him through phone keeps you waiting for 30 mins for a reply . Had to go down to the reception to see what he is doing. He is busy in doing other work rather than attending customer service. Paid for all family members, asked for towels for all family members . Staff is saying it's sunday no towels available. I mean customer pays bit is expected to lower their standards and fit into hotel standard of adjusting. Hotel is only interested in getting money but not providing service, customer needs to adust . Booked for an AC room but asked to ADJUST and given non ac room and wait it till ac room is available and this is happening at 1800 hrs , beyond check in time 12:00 pm . Overall would never check into this hotel again .

Went to have dinner at their in house restaurant Ootupura and was totally disappointed at the food quality. The food was not fully cooked and the taste was below average. They need to improve the food quality if they want to attract more patrons.
