Hotel Peninsula

As there is public bar attached to this hotel, drunken people are roaming inside and outside the hotel,even they are using the hotel lift facility also. So we feel uncomfortable even in the lift also.. So not recommending for family.. Other than this the hotel facility, location, staff behavior everything is excellent..

Terrible experience. Not at all recommended for families. No parking space for the guest in the hotel premises, have to park outside. Too old and unhygienic rooms with very bad odour from the bed, pillow and linen. Taps are leaking, no remotes working, no AC working, no lights and lot. Zero out of 10.

While I was coming down to the first floor, one of your cleaning and maintenance staff, who was wearing a blue uniform, rushed past me. He clearly seemed preoccupied with his schedule and made no effort to offer an apology. It's important to remember that without happy customers, your business cannot thrive!

Located on the main road hence very convenient. On the contrary Bar is attached to the building and crowd will be there along with smell while entering. Rooms needs maintenance especially AC unit and bath room fittings. Both if there are very old and not looking good.

One of the worst stay experiences. We booked a room via Goibibo, while checking out, the receptionist was asking for the difference amount what we paid on the site, beware of this, maybe he is not knowledgeable about how this works or he is trying to get some extra money. Had an old mini fridge which was not closing and making a lot of noise. The TV had lines in it. AC was also not in good condition. For breakfast, poori we ordered which was full of oil. The only plus about this hotel is the prime location and parking.

Even after informing the hotel management that we will be arriving late night around 3 am and to clean the rooms, the rooms were not cleaned and there were ciagrette smoke smell around the rooms. Next day, the cleaning staff told that rooms were never cleaned and in my booking which was from 12 pm, my room in my booking was alloted to someone who smoked in the room. When we arrived at 3 am, no staff helped us to show the rooms or carry the luggage, just keys were handed to us.

Booked the board room for a small function on 11 Aug 24.The room was clean and well arranged. The staff are very supportive and cooperative. The partner Mr Biju coordinated with his staff very well till the end of the programme. We had a delicious dinner all as per our choice and the taste of food is awesome.

I had very nice experience over there.
