Hotel Palace Tower

The rooms are good. Ok for a night stay. Not preferred for long stay. No parking for cars to my knowledge. They charged me 1800 for a A/C double room.

A few months ago, I booked a room at this hotel for one night, paying over 3000 INR. The booking was made through an app called "Ixigo". I arrived at the hotel around 11:30 PM, feeling very tired after a long day of travel. When I asked about my room, the staff told me that there were no rooms available. I showed them my booking confirmation, but they insisted that there was no booking under my ID and claimed that all rooms were occupied. I politely asked how I was able to make the booking if there were no rooms available, but they responded by being disrespectful and raising their voices at me. I asked for the manager's contact number, but they gave an excuse, saying that the manager's wife was about to give birth, so they couldn't provide his number. They then kicked me out of the hotel and locked the doors. I noticed another couple in a similar situation, also left outside. I was left stranded outside the hotel in the middle of the night with no help. The only option I had was to call the police, which I did. When the police arrived, the front desk staff suddenly became courteous and allowed me back in, offering me a room. I'm still puzzled about how a room suddenly became available. To be honest, I've never experienced such disrespect in my life. For anyone considering booking a room here, please beware of the fraudulent management. Thank you.

I ordered food through Swiggy last night, but the receptionist did not allow the delivery person to come to my room, nor did he offer to bring the food himself. Initially, when the Swiggy delivery driver arrived, he handed the phone to the receptionist. We requested that either the delivery person be sent up or the food be delivered to the room. The receptionist agreed but failed to communicate further. He then shut the door on the delivery person without informing me. Later, the Swiggy delivery driver called to inform me that the receptionist had refused to let him deliver the food and had gone to sleep. I then contacted the receptionist, who, in a very rude tone, stated that there was no room boy and that he would not deliver the food to my room. While I had no issue going to collect the food from the reception, the lack of communication and the rude manner in which the receptionist spoke to me were completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

Hotel location is very good l, very close to bus stand, restaurants, vadakkanathan temple. Rooms are okay.

terrible and attrocious stay. old mouldy rooms. not clean, no heater, no Ac, no proper amenities, small bathroom, no enough lighting. No staff to help with luggage. Manager did not even bothered to help with luggage.Not suitable for family. Hotel not taken care of and it far from what is shown in the pictures. Booked without properly checking the reviews. It is near to the main spots in thrissur but better book outside thrissur. Avoid this hotel at all costs. The receptionist, the caretaker all dont care about the guests and they just sit there idle. The hotel is for sure a haunted place with no other humans than me n my family. WORST NIGHTMARE to stay there.

Disappointing Experience - Not Worth Even 1 Star I recently stayed at this hotel, which is rated as 3 stars, but it doesn't even deserve 1 star. The condition of the room was terrible. The paint was peeling off the ceiling, and there were cobwebs in the corners. The toilets were unclean, and the bed and the bedding materials were stained and uncomfortable. The photos posted online are completely outdated and misleading. They were clearly taken when the hotel first opened and do not reflect the current state of poor maintenance and housekeeping. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Save your money and find a better place to stay.

Stayed here for 4 nights whilst doing a course. The room was clean and tidy when I arrived and was serviced with both an AC and fan. The staff were very helpful and sorted any requests I had promptly, even going to the shop to get me mosquito cream (without me asking). The hotel manager was very helpful, and even came to the bus station with me on the last day to help me get my bus as I didn't have mobile data to receive my bus number. All in all it did the job and was very pleasant.

The Room is just okey, but the bedsheet and towels need replacement, they are old.
