Truly enjoyed the 5 night stay with my family...Located at a not so busy area away from the main city, but definitely accessible...Reception and house keeping Staffs had a welcoming smile always...Good tasty food served in the in house restaurant.. Complimentary breakfast was too good ...Highly recommended for anyone wishing to have a great stay in the vicinity of Trichur Town.. .

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! Super Deluxe Room was perfectly clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. The staff is incredibly courteous and professional. If you're searching for a hotel near the Thrissur, this is the place to be. Great value for money.

I visited Fisherman's Hub in Niya Regency with my family last week! The ambiance was nice and the staff was very decent. I tried the Honey Pepper Chicken, it was perfectly cooked, with sweetness and spice. The seafood was too good too. Highly recommended.

It was very good experience from this hotel. I stayed with my family. We were enjoyed. Tasty food they provided and well cleaned rooms also. Staff are very helpfull. Front office staffs are guide all the things. Very good ambience.

I recently stayed at here, and everything was top-notch. Standard Room was spotless, and the bed was extremely comfortable. What stood out most was the amazing staff - always smiling and helpful. it's an ideal hotel for visitors to Thrissur.

We stayed at Niya for about a week and should mention that it was above expectations. The rooms were clean, toiletries were provided and they had a wonderful restaurant serving tasty food and a bar serving good cocktails. Their seafood is a hit so you should not miss it! Their breakfast spread was also sufficient and consisted of local and western varieties. Service was quite good and prompt. Now let me tell you one of the less enjoyable aspects of our stay. The fire alarm went off two times in the middle of one night and there was clearly no communication regarding this from the reception or front desk. We thought it was a real fire event and were ready to exit the building until someone told us that some guests were smoking in the room. We traveled with a baby and a senior citizen and incidents like this can cause a lot of unwanted panic and inconvenience especially mentally. I understand the hotel can't be responsible for everything their guests do but they have a responsibility to communicate it to the other guests staying. The second time the alarm went off, nobody batted an eye lid and even the available staff that day just brushed it off like it was a normal occurrence. This is clearly a hazard and management should take this more seriously. Niya is overall a good place but management needs to seriously look into the above as it's a 4* property.

Disappointed by the experience not worth for 4 star hotel - A/c is not working properly, it has taken more than 2 hr to check the complaint and not fixed . - The receptionist guy doesn't know how to behave with their clients. - Within 12 hrs we have faced frequent power outages till we vacate - They don't have proper power alternatives like generator. It's utterly flow . - If we question about the problems we facing while at the hotel , receptionist (guy) responds something like " this is the only 4 star hotel that you can find in Thrissur, if you want to stay then you can, otherwise leave ". - I never recommend this garbage for anyone, you may get many other hotels and home stays near Thrissur.

Fisherman's Hub in Niya Regency is a must-visit for seafood lovers! I tried their Garlic Butter Prawns, and they were absolutely delicious--perfectly cooked, rich, and flavorful. The fresh seafood and warm ambiance make it a great spot for a satisfying meal.
