Fantastic is the one word review. We were en route to madurai from Guruvayur and since it was late night we opted not to travel further by road. We were looking for rooms just for a night stay and luckily we crossed this one. They have 4 bed, 7 bed, 12 bed rooms. We stayed in 4 bed which had two restrooms. The rooms were clean and the services were also top notch. I strongly recommend the stay for its location and services.

Easy access to near by places and other convenience. Professional and friendly staff. Could improve the quality of linen used in rooms. Also the hotel restaurant could start early with breakfast items. Food was great.

I recently stayed at and had a fantastic experience. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with modern decor and a cozy atmosphere. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep.

I got to stay with my family at the national hotel for about 3 days ......rooms were clean on day 1 ..... Room service was not provided on the consecutive days .....the bathroom window glass were broken and toilet seats were broken with very poor ventilation causing the room to stink and the service provided by the staff on floor 2 was very rude and cheap...... Since it's in a pretty buzzing and safely accessible location.. incase ur planning to freshen up or stay just for a day I think it's fine , cause it's quite heavy on the pocket for such worst service .....this review is not based on a single visit by the way , each time you book for a stay the service is coming down and down . I hope the hotel management takes necessary steps to improve the service

The room was nice, it met my basic needs and the location was extremely convenient. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional service provided by Balan Chetan - his attention to detail and warm hospitality made all the difference.

Had a comfortable stay here. Good service, clean and well-maintained rooms. The overall ambiance was pleasant. The place is easily accessible from Thrissur railway station.

Located on a nice place, near to railway station and bus stand...with easy access.. Thanks to Mr. Preteush with their polite approach. Clean and well maintained...and good immediate service by their staffs, hotel has a cloak room facility also to keep ur luggages if u need to chekout early and comeback... Nice place would strongly recommend.
