Would love to share the experience of hosting my son's First Holy Communion reception @ Hamara Hotels. We had booked the Rooftop Gardens hall, 3 non veg buffet for 170 pax for May 1st, 2025. The service, ambience, seating arrangement, air conditioning and sound system was really nice. Food was top notch. Plenty of parking space is available. Easy accessibility and cleanliness deserve a special mention. The stage decoration was arranged through the hotel itself (was done by the team of Lavender Events and florist, Mannuthy) - it was beautiful and elegant. Thank you Team Hamara, especially Mr Renjith, the Manager. You people helped us in making it a memorable event

The customer service was top-notch. Clean and calm atmosphere makes mind positive. Staffs are very friendly especially GM Mr. Renjith and Front office staff Mrs. Lissy. They behave very humble and Respect.Entirely Amazing hospitality.

I had an overall wonderful experience with Hamara Hotel. The rooms were spacious, neat, and well-maintained , offering a comfortable stay. The food was delightful, with a variety of options that created to different tastes, (Must try item Hamara special Biriyani) and the overall abience of the property was inviting. The staffs were exceptionally attentive. Highly recommended

Last day Unfortunately I visited this place (09/03/2025)for dinner with my family along with beverages,we ordered porotta,chicken pal curry ,beef ularthiyathu we just asked extra gravy of chicken curry for porotta we bought extra and the supplier told us we don't serve extra gravy we accepted that, then we asked for any gravy and they supplied. But later one guy ( staff he is GM of the hotel) came and told star hotel never serve extra gravy (srrrraa hoottttli greevi kottukkuul) this statement made me and my family huge insult that we are from slum that we don't know star hotel policies. If this kind of manners from GM of this hotel how people will visit this place. Any way the guy who shows some manners that he apologized. So Me and my family won't recommend this place for dine in.
