Hotel wasin terrible condition and the staff had a rude, unprofessional attitude. Avoid this place. Worst hotel in Thrissur Reply I was not drunk when I requested the extra bed--I simply wasn't aware that the room already had an additional bed. When the staff member came to deliver the extra bed, I immediately refused it, and he took it back without setting anything up. Despite this, I was still charged 500. The next morning, I explained the situation to the reception staff, but they refused to refund the amount. This is unfair and unprofessional. I request the hotel to kindly process the 500 refund that was wrongly collected from me.

The worst experience ever I feel.....the staff is very rude and worst behavior...please avoid this hotel. The front desk guys very bad and disrespectful behavior. My friend also ask for extra bed...and he refused at the same and the bed taken from the moment..but additional charge taken for the bed..he didn't use the bed I saw it....but they are refused it...if they want 500 rupees we will give...but don't do to customers

!!!!!!!!!!Worst hotel in thrissurr!!!!!!!!!!! The service provided by them were pathetic. The rooms were not cleaned properly. The switches in the room were not working properly. I got shock from there. Highlighted # worst hotel i ever scene in my life. Frds please find any other hotels nearby.

It's not sitting on main road , but just a compound behind , making this a quiet as well as well connected place. I strongly recommend this place. The price is very worthy. The owner/manager is a bit commercial than service oriented... Staff are friendly

I enjoyed staying in this tourist home. All the staffs are very friendly and the provide good services.

Those who are there hungry for money.very very bad experience. The room was not clean, bad smell, tv is not working,the bathroom was not very clean and had a bad smell.there was no facility commensurate with the money raised.they behaved badly for money.for the sake of god, no one should take a room there.

Good place to stay. Nice accommodation . The cost is also affordable.
